Employee was charging $35 dollars for hour & a half early check in. Usually there is a complimentary (free 2 hours before check in time)early check in at some hotels. Had to give them used towels before being able to get more clean towels. Room provided only 2 body towels & we were a family of 3! Also only one TP in bathroom. Had to keep asking for more when needed & only give 1 when asked. Hotel stay was for 2 weeks during the holidays. Also, room smelled like feet/dirty carpet. Pillows also really flat.

Location was nice and quiet, water was nice and warm for the shower.
Roaches. Musty smell in hotel/rooms, like wet smell. Had either a paranormal encounter next door or a pervert at the crack of the door, unsure. Staff was polite.

The pictures are deceiving. Pictures on websites must be from years ago because the hotel is a dump.
Dirty, odors everywhere, elevator is about to give out, jungle landscape, and very outdated.

It got the job done, but was way too overpriced for the room.
Check in was simple. There was little to be done on my end. Check out was easier, there was a box near the front that keys could be dropped into. It took complications away from check out. The room itself mostly clean.
There was no screen on my window, so I was unable to sleep with the window open in fear of mosquitoes or other flying bugs entering my room. There were dirty sheets on the bed, I just slept above them. The tub in the restroom was also dirty. The walls are incredibly thin, so I was able to hear people in the rooms across and occasionally down the hall from me.

Absolutely nothing
Run down in a scary area. The rooms were so dirty I should have slept in my car. The hotel doesn’t even have the name that’s listed. It’s actually a rodeway inn. I would never have stayed here if I knew that. If I could get my money back that would be amazing
