Conveniently located in beautiful surroundings near the Constantia Village mall. It’s a very liveable space with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lounge good for relaxing or chatting.
The hot water has insufficient pressure and showers are adequate but disappointing. I gave up trying to get the TV to work but maybe required more patience. There is only one fan which doesn’t oscillate. Fortunately the weather was unusually cool for the time of year.

Não tem persianas; a cortina do quarto é clara, então a luz bate direto. Tem janelas de vidro quase totalmente vedadas, impedindo uma boa circulação de ar; janela do banheiro sem trancas. Na ducha não tem box, nem cortina. Não tem lâmpadas na varanda. A cafeteira italiana está enferrujada e não veda completamente, derramando café.

Everything was very thoughtfully prepared for us. He catered to all our needs for a seven day stay. And he was available at the ready to help with our messages to him :)

When I booked, I was under the impression that the unit was a 4-sleeper. On making the booking change from 3 persons to 4, Nathan, the owner, contacted me and advised that the unit was actually a 3-sleeper. I explained that my daughter was a late addition to my trip. He then went out of his way to accommodate me by arranging an additional single bed, which I really appreciated. The unit is also very central, with easy access to shopping centers, Constantia wine farms, plus/minus 20 to 25 km from the city, and beaches such as Muizenburg. The booking fee was exceptionally reasonable, especially for this time of year in Cape Town.
Found that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable.
