Location was good, right in the heart of local amenities. Two bedrooms so was useful. Double bed was comfortable.

38 stairs to access that’s not stated in description. No wine/champagne as it does state in description. Coffee available (pod machine) but no tea. Definitely hadn’t been hoovered as still had bits of food on the floor in the corner near the table and bits of dirt on the carpet. Walls paper thin and for 3 hours at night we could hear the neighbours decorating and scraping along their walls right next to the lounge area and bedroom. Also could hear shouting and arguments from other people in building throughout the night (as in around1 and 3am), car noises, just a very noisy, constantly interrupted sleep which was not good with a two year old, which I wouldn’t expect when paying £169 for the night.

The location was brilliant , comfy beds , spacious apartment , great parking. It was also very quiet. The apartment quite clean apart from the bathroom

The bathroom wasn't clean , the seal under the shower screen dirty , the top of the bath unclean , the shelf under the bathroom sink dirty . The towels didn't smell great. The light was out in the entrance hall. The blind in the double bedroom didn't work properly either. It was very late check in time considering how early you have to check out.

very central location, warm, and quiet flat with room for a family of 4. decent parking available in a busy town centre. well equipped kitchen with a good range of utensils, pots, pans, and washing machine

unfortunately there was a dirty tray in the oven in an otherwise clean flat. this speaks more to the previous guest, however the cleaning team missed the oven. note that the flat has quite a few stairs if you struggle with mobility. not a problem for us and the kids, aside from hauling luggage up from the parking area.

The instructions for opening the key box were incorrect. The entrance hall light did not work. There was no paper kitchen towel. Some of the TV remote control buttons did not work. Noisy neighbouring flats.

Welcoming, relaxing, light and bright

Location with view of the lake - close to all amenities shops etc. lovely and light. Peaceful. Welcome bottle of wine and tea/coffee. All great.

Great location in the heart of Bowness with parking at the rear in a secure car park. Everything is on your doorstep. Shops, restaurants, inns and the bay is five minutes through the heart of Bowness. Just an unbeatable location. The apartment is excellent with views over Windermere and the surrounding countryside. Good sized rooms, Kitchen diner / living room with TV, games machine and internet, plus board games. Excellent.

Great loft without lift but great view. The loft is great equipped with everything we need.

The location is excellent and equipped with everything we need. The art pieces are great as well.

The loft is a bit hard to find and the host is not responding to any message. The instructions for parking and loft are not clear enough. With the instructions in a rainy day, we manage to ask lots of people to find the loft and the parking. It took us almost an hour. The only access to the parking is a bit not that easy to get through.

Great apartment, bit too hot with no fans, no parking was available. Overall - good stay.

The apartment was very nice and well provided. Great TV facilities, and the kitchen was well stocked with items. Bedrooms had plenty of plugs.

It's now May and it did not come with any fans. Windows had to be opened to cool the place down but sadly there was a lot of noise coming from outside as it was situated on the high street. A big selling point - as in in the title - was that there was parking, but unfortunately, there was none - it was all full. Quite misleading to say it has parking when it's more along the lines of there may be parking.

Key code stressssss

The flat was lovely

The key code given is wrong and no phone signal ,extremely stressful trying to gain access to the flat and ruined the trip .I had a small grandchild with me and a heart condition, the stress of trying to gain access was absolutely awful and almost ended in a blue light admission to the hospital ,hope the owners sort this soon to avoid anyone else going through this horrendous ordeal

Extremely comfortable, lovely and clean apartment.

We loved the space in the apartment. It was very neat and clean with plently of towels and toiletries. The location is also great as it is close to shops and attractions.

The water pressure (shower) was not so great but it will not stop us from visiting again!

Everything was as described and met our needs pretty much perfectly. Two things that could have made our stay even better would be a second key, there may be a second one available but for our stay we managed and we had problems with the TV reception and kicking us out of streaming services. This was only a problem for our 2 year old with it raining.

Nice location if stairs aren't an issue

The property was excellent, free parking, well equipped and in a super location. Initially found it hard to find as car park was round the back of the building but owners responded. What we didn't like were the stairs up to the flat as they were windy and a fair few meaning we couldn't get our expensive equipment up to safety. I did message the property twice prior to booking and received no response and booked because we needed something. Only then I found out there were stairs and non refundable booking.

Fantastic location with parking.

Fantastic location, couple of minutes walk to all amenities. Lots of places to eat and drink. Nice view of the lake and parking a big bonus, especially if you're visiting at peak season. Kitchen well equipped if you want to cook.

Stairs to apartment could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues.
