Cost of Bowness restaurants/Tesco express (but this is the Lakes, nothing to do with the accommodation which we thought was good value for money). We struggled with the remote control and didn't locate the washing machine (but this was on us)

Top holiday home in a central location.

Very clean, great facilities, large shower cubicle, comfy beds. Furnished to a high standard. A few minutes walk to the main high street with lots of hustle and bustle.

The designated parking spot is great but can be problematic if the neighbours aren’t thoughtful with their cars. No communication whatsoever in response to a question asked via the app, which I submitted and then chased up.

Excellent location for Bowness. Accommodation was nicely furnished, very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Loved Windermere and there is a lot to do

The location was excellent and the beds are so comfortable.

Not being allowed in before 5,as we had drove from Cornwall that was a pain. And there wasn't even a basic welcome pack.

we enjoyed our stay very much after the parking had been resolved.

The accommodation was extremly well presented and clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The situation was excellent as only 5 mins walk into the heart of Bowness.

This property is advertised as having 2 parking spots. It was impossible for us to park-something we had specifically looked for when booking a property- when we arrived as there were people who had parked in their nominated spaces from the adjacent properties. We were only able to access the ONE parking spot when they left. There is considerable noise from the road that runs along the front of the house. There was loud music noise from number 18 Saturday evening but fine afterwards as they left on Sunday

Excellent property, excellent location, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from all amenities. The property was very homely, and provided everything you could possibly need and more. Overall this was an excellent property at a very reasonable price, and I have already recommended it to my friends.

Walls were very thin between the properties so you could hear conversations in the adjoining properties, but this did not impact on our holiday at all.
