Location was great
It was warm and had a lovely bathroom
Getting luggage and shopping up the stairs.
Having to pay for parking was unexpected.

The location of it is very good and the bedrooms at night were very quiet
Having to pay for parking - it is not free like they say on the advert. The heating was broken in one of the bedrooms and hardly working in the lounge. Plus no washing liquid etc supplied, which was a bit strange in a kitchenette.
