Fabulous, the family enjoyed it.

The location was a few minutes walk from Bowness. We arrived earlier and we were allowed to get in for 2.30pm which was great as we had 2 babies in the group. However, we could have parked our 3 cars there if we got there earlier. When we had a question we rang the owner and she got back to us very immediately. It was cozy & warm, the beds were comfortable. They had all the kitchen utensils etc etc you needed in the kitchen. The owner was excellent through the whole process. They even left a complimentary bottle of wine, crisps & biscuits.

The early checkout for 9.30am was difficult - 11am would have been much easier. Maybe offer a late check out for an additional cost. The late check-in 5pm. However, we arrived earlier and were allowed in. An earlier check in for 3pm would be much better. The shower head in the double room needs to be tightened as it was spraying onto the wall.
