Good location with short walk to centre of Bowness.

Good location. No parking outside the property but free street parking 2 minute walk away. Clean and comfortable house.

We were unaware that there was a residential apartment above the house when we booked. The residents could be heard moving about especially mornings.

The house was beautifully renovated, very clean and spacious. Location was good. Central heating was very efficient and effective.

Unfortunately we left the property earlier than expected as we were very unsettled by the strange noises we heard coming from upstairs. It startled us to hear loud footsteps above during the middle of the night and uncomfortable listening coughing noises, early on in the morning, which made us feel very uneasy! It was not advertised that we would be sharing the property with other people and were very disappointed that we were not made aware of this beforehand.

Great location and lovely modern property.

Nice property, really clean and well maintained. Great for a family with comfy beds...

My wife was a bit nervous about the doors to other properties, I had to fix two blinds and lock a few windows that hadn't been secured. One night we stayed there, where we noticed a bit of noise. We also saw a group of students leaving the next day, but it wasn't late, only until around 10 pm.

Lovely house in a great location.

The living space was lovely- loved the open kitchen and living room space with the option to close the doors. Both big bedrooms were great too. Kylie also left a card balloon and chocolate tray for my mums birthday which was lovely. Also the location was perfect.

The neighbours upstairs and to the left were very loud all night but that is situational to the time of the visit.

Fantastic stay in the Lakes

Location to town was excellent. Beautifully furnished with excellent facilities and immaculately clean. Loved the bath tub with a view across to the fells. Very comfortable beds. Peaceful location. Would love to come and stay again 😊

Front door code lock was quite problematic and awkward to use, it felt like a krypton factor challenge! - bathroom lock was hard to use too. Bath mat in master bedroom and hand towel in downstairs bathroom would be a good addition.
