Location was incredible for Windermere. We loved being able to walk down to the lake and to the restaurants and pubs whilst still having an easy drive to Ambleside and Windermere town. House was incredibly clean and spacious and perfect for our week away - we'll be coming back I'm sure.
Think the tech in the house could do with an upgrade. The heating was inconsistent throughout the house despite it saying it was on and all radiators were the same and the tv in the main sitting area is outdated - needs a smart tv so you can access everything like disney plus. Also not enough loo roll was provided which meant we had to go and buy our own - not the best!

A comfortable home from home for a family reunion.
Beginning to show signs of wear and tear. Loose door handle, damage to window blind. Nothing serious but maybe time for some property maintenance. No off road parking. This was not a problem until Saturday evening when the town fills up and we lost our space.

Location was excellent
House was very tatty - rusty radiators and shower bin. windows filthy and paint flaking off. Back Door - paint flaking off outside - locks useless. Lounge light - didn't work.
