Staff was friendly and helpful.
It was not a spa at all as advertised (yes, there is a pool in the garden and a Jacuzzi, but not sure that constitutes a Spa). There was no reception and no one greeted us upon arrival, we basically bumped into staff while wandering around. The bathroom has no basic shelves to put any toiletries on there, so we had to put our stuff on the floor. There is no tv in the room, although we didn’t check when we booked, we just assumed that a hotel room would have a TV these days. The heating didn’t work and there was no hot water., neither in the shower nor coming out of the faucet.
The whole venue looks and feels like unfinished business. The dinner was a a bit of a let down as we waited for about an hour and a half for our food, although the taste was pretty decent.
