I love the whole setup, easy communication with Gavin, simple no fuss check in. / check out. Easy to park, private quiet location but family friendly. Self catering arrangements are excellent, the accommodation is spotless and the rooms are great. I also like the outside seating. Really couldn't ask for more. This is my third stay. I have taken the larger accommodation Lodge 1 twice before and Lodge 4 this time as the group was smaller. I make a point of going to Southwold once every year for a short stay. The Lytton tree is my go too place now, close enough to walk to the pier and town if you like a 20min wander. There is nearby access to the rear walks which takes you down to the marshes, common and eventually the harbour if a longer walk and serene scenery is more your thing.

There is nothing not to like.
