The property was clean, The Sunday dinner was exceptional. The room was lovely , a bit noisy because of the bar downstairs but went quiet after 10 pm.Breakfast choice was very good and cooked to order.All the staff without exception were friendly and welcoming.
The only fault I could find was the fan in the room. We went in a heatwave and the cheap fan didn’t do anything at all. We have stayed elsewhere , where a Dyson fan was in the room which was 100% better.

Loved the position and location. Staff very friendly
When entering the venue, a smell of sewage.
First room we had was very very hot
Second room we had, bed uncomfortable. Both room very dusty and cobwebs on ceiling.
