Hi there,
I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. I stayed from February 14th to 15th, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant.
First and foremost, there was a moldy milk sachet in my room. Additionally, the hot water wasn’t working, and the breakfast area was a mess. There were long lines and limited food options, with no bread or water available.
Also, My card have been charged from the deposit amount but I have made the full payment to Agoda that was including taxes and fees.
Nina and I discussed this issue, and she suggested sending an email to the hotel’s email address. While people generally stay at good hotels for a pleasant experience, ours fell short.

Everything was clean, the room was super quiet which allowed for a good sleep, the staff was helpful at all times including helping me with my French and the breakfast was super.

The hotel had just been open a day earlier. The key card couldn’t open our room door from check in till we checked out, despite numerous changing/swapping/reprogramming. On top of that the fire alarm went off twice, around 3.00am. Initially we were told we could take the shuttle even if we did not make a booking or paid for it, then after an anxious 15or so minutes we were told since were didn’t book for it there would be no shuttle for us. We overheard people (who checked in at about 3.00in tje morning) complaining of not getting their pillows and towels. The room is currently reasonably cheap probably because all these problems…
