Old used hotel, with many prints of previous guests. Leaks & scratches on groundfloor, walls etc. Looks really unrenovated as awaited. Restaraunt is simple (a little cold during winter inside). Menu is expensive & simple (tasted ok). Сonclusion - if free place availble on other location nearby - take other hotel with more value of guests feedback. This hotel slowly should be repaired & renewed everywhere. Price & quality do not mach together. Take other location !!!!

Location is convenient, it’s cheap and the gym is great

Very basic for a 4 star hotel- there was a bug in my room, no water bottle to drink as compliment, a bit of paint work would be needed and water was lukewarm

Ideal location, friendly staff but the bathroom could do with a good scrub!

Good location for the exhibition hall. Bedroom was big and comfortable

The bathroom was very dirty with black mould all around the shower, in the grout between the tiles and the sealants. The shower window was also at the wrong end of the bath, so you couldn’t prevent the water flooding the floor and the sink surround.

Not an option even for 1 night.

The property is relatively close to the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, and somewhat easy to reach if you use a taxi or Uber. Unfortunately, this is the only thing I found positive about this hotel.

The personnel (a lady at the front desk) were rude and did not provide any information on the hotel. The property needs a serious renovation; the ceiling in the corridor is dangerously sagging (see photo), the room was not clean, and the food at the restaurant was sinking in oil.

great coffee and express breakfast with a lovely friendly host. Quiet room with comfortable beds.

The bar tender working the night we stayed and had dinner was out right rude. No smile, grunted at us and waved his hand at a table when we politely requested a table for 4. Did not realize there was no fridge in the room until we got there and couldn't store some medication properly. Further from the airport than we expected.

Power went off - nothing was working: no elevators, no aircon, no water cooler, nothing! Telephone wasn’t working even before the power went off!

Strange hotel, hard to find even with GPS, good price and close enough to CDG.

The price was right and the bed was comfortable. The food was fine.

This hotel has seen better days. It needs repairs and refurbishing. It is difficult to find where it is located. Even the taxi had trouble. Large screen climate disaster documentaries while eating. Not appreciated at all.

Honestly the facility has gone down in standards. There is smell in the corridors and rooms. Need total refurbishment. Carpets are old and not clean old. The hotel used to be very excellent. I stayed here several times. The staff is helpful but Honestly there isn't much they can do it's the state of the hotel

This hotel will do in a pinch, but its understaffed & under-resourced and had cleanliness issues.

We needed a suite at the last minute and they had one available - their best room. The room had enough space for our small family group.

My main concern is the cleanliness and lack of resources. While the room itself was acceptable from a cleanliness standpoint, the sheets on our bed had human hairs all over them. When I went to the front desk to request that the bed be changed & cleaned, there were only 2 staff in the whole hotel and they were completely overwhelmed. They had absolutely no queen sized sheets available that were clean so they brought us a twin size sheet. Also, while there was supposed to be air conditioning, it didn't seem to work - like it was a constant 80 degrees in the room at night.

As at next morning, we had scheduled to board the early flight, it was the clever select to stay here.

Just rest and sleep, there were no memories besides these.

Easy to get at night and close to the motorway

Convenient place to leave Paris late and avoid driving at night. Very close to motorway.

Problem with water in the shower - from cold to extremely hot every minute, not a great experience. Stocky floors at the breakfast buffet and restaurant.

Near airport. Don't take shuttle.

It's very close to the airport so perfect for one-night layovers at CDG.

The shuttle is not free (quite expensive really, cheaper to just take an Uber to the airport) and the shuttle only drops you off at one terminal. We had to take the airport shuttle to Terminal G which added almost 20 minutes to our travel.

The Restaurant staff were very good. The reception staff did not make you feel welcome. They ignored us even when we arrived to check in.

We had 4 nights there, with good facilities making it an enjoyable & relaxed stay.

Excellent location - close to airport but with adjacent parkland & 5 minute walk into the township. Excellent soundproofing despite being on flight paths. Efficient & friendly staff. Very comfortable bed & good shower. Endless chilled water available for guests in the foyer was a welcome amenity.

Garden area was great, but dining with smoking allowed there made it unpleasant.
