The check-in rep was a little to dry. No personality. Had to pay per person for a airport shuttle

Decorated to a high standard, this hotel is great for those travelling for business. It's clean, have a lot to offer and the staff was kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, even though it has a cute little kitchen and the means to make tea or coffee, there was a shortage of crockery and cutlery. My sister's room didn't have any cups, and I had no teaspoons.

Big rooms, cooking facilities which we’d’ve used if our stay had been longer.

They took a €250 “deposit”. I thought it was just a reserve in my card. Have not got the money back!!!

Close to the airport.

This place is gross. Our room smelled like the sewer was backing up into it. The pull out bed didn’t have sheets on it, so we could see how gross the mattress was. The shower had black mold in it. The sink in the kitchenette leaked everywhere. There were actual dirt clumps on the carpet outside our room…Oh, and the free airport shuttle isn’t free. Also they told us the wrong time at the front desk so we missed the one we wanted and had to wait 15 mins for the next one. Thank goodness we were only here for a few hours before flying out.

As we had distrusted sleep because the air conditioning was broken, we asked for a late checkout and were given. They held our suitcases after we checked out.

The air conditioning did not work and was only fixed at 3 a. m. The next morning it was turned off round 10 o’clock. We booked this hotel due to the fact the room has air conditioning. Also there aren’t enough staff at the reception and we waited half an hour before we could register. The same long wait in check out.

It had a little kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge freezer which came in very handy!q

The cleaning staff and hotel reception are competing with each other how much bad service they can give.

Property is dated run down and requiring maintenance. Food is restaurant was inedible! Would never stay again.

I'm sorry if I have to write negative reviews, but there's no other way. For 1 - hopefully it will also help the owners, who certainly invested a lot of time and money in the business - secondly, maybe this review will be beneficial for other guests, who may avoid disappointment for their money. I worked for 20 years in a restaurant, so I can fairly objectively evaluate what I can expect as a guest, and what other guests sometimes don't even see. Hotel - staff seemed quite uninformed. When asked how much a taxi would cost to Beauvais airport, about 100 km, the answer was €70. To our surprise, it was an excellent price, the receptionist replied that she would check it - the subsequent information was €1,700 - which is again 10 times more compared to the regular price. That's why we didn't use the hotel taxi. Immediately upon check-in, the hotel took a 2x250€ deposit. Supposedly, if we destroyed something, or if they treated the staff disrespectfully. I am very temperamental, I had to control myself the whole time so as not to accidentally touch someone, and that is why we did not solve the subsequent shortcomings on the spot at all. Overall, the hotel had a dirty, shabby feel. Carpets in the corridors dust balls, crumbs, stains everywhere - on the walls, on the ceiling and on the carpets. The windows were so dirty I could write on them with my finger. Dirty elevator doors - I wrote umy me on them, and the next day the staff just wiped off the writing with a rag, the rest of the dirt remained. I consider it a very big shortcoming that we didn't have ceiling lights in the rooms, only side lights on the bed. We had rooms with a kitchen - it was absolutely unusable - there were practically no dishes or cutlery. The maximum we could cut was a baguette. The complete absence of a wine opener in the wine landscape. Peeled furniture, doors - overall very neglected interior, level more like a hostel than a 4* hotel.

Great location, close to the airport still, pretty quiet environment. The studio was very roomy, and the bed extremely comfortable. Option to book a shuttle to reach the airport very convenient and a great time saver.

Time for check in and check out didn't offer lots of flexibility. We wished we could have checked in earlier to rest in the hotel before exploring the city meanwhile option to check out after 11am was priced the worth of half a day. Also, the water running from the bathtub wasn't hot so having a bath was not an option.

I liked the room size and spa.

I didn’t like the spa schedule, restaurant schedule as well and no room service.

Large comfortable room with excellent bathroom, walk-in shower and bath. Great bartender.

Breakfast was expensive and disorganized with not enough staff to cope with the number of people.
