Very close to CDG airport, just get the inter-terminal rail - just one stop then 5 minutes walk..easy but maybe an issue if pouring down as not all undercover.

It has a fun lobby and we slept very well. Real soundproof walls, perfect room temperature, good thing we set up our alarms otherwise we could have overslept. Definitely recommend staying here. Oh, and the breakfast buffet plenty of tasty choices.

I had one of the worst check-in experiences I have ever encountered at INNSiDE by Meliá Paris CDG. At check-in, I was asked to provide a €150 security deposit. The first transaction was said to be unsuccessful by the staff, so I agreed to repeat it using my credit card. However, I later discovered that both transactions were actually processed, resulting in €300 being blocked on my card. This situation is completely unacceptable. When I raised the issue with reception, I was told that nothing could be done immediately and that only the manager—who was not present and would return after the weekend—could handle it. This meant waiting 2–3 days just for action, and potentially up to 10 working days for the funds to be released, especially since I am traveling and do not have a local credit card. This is not just an inconvenience—it directly impacted my travel, as I needed access to that money. To make matters worse, the customer service experience was extremely poor. One of the receptionists was dismissive, and another was outright rude—raising their voice and telling me that I simply had to “bear it.” I was even accused of yelling while calmly explaining my situation. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to find an immediate solution. Additionally, I requested a very reasonable late checkout (13:00 instead of 12:00) due to my flight schedule. Despite checking in late at 19:00, I was told there was absolutely no flexibility, unless I paid an extra €20 per hour. Overall, this experience reflects: Poor financial handling and lack of transparency No escalation or backup management available Extremely weak customer service and communication Zero flexibility or customer consideration I expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, this stay caused unnecessary stress during my travel, and I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
