    We had a pleasant stay at ibis Styles Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, especially as a family travelling with children. The hotel was very convenient for our flight, and the location made our last night in Paris much easier and less stressful. The children really enjoyed the hotel’s fun and entertaining atmosphere, which helped keep them occupied after a long day of travelling. The family-friendly environment was a big plus for us.

    I expected basic comfort, but staying at the ibis Paris CDG Airport was an absolute nightmare. The air conditioning in the room was completely non-functional, turning the room into a suffocating sauna. When I reported the issue to the staff, they showed complete indifference and took absolutely no action to resolve it—no room change, no fan, and no apology. Trying to sleep in those unbearable conditions before a long flight was pure misery. For a hotel located at a major international hub, this level of neglect and poor customer service is disgraceful. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else

    Wanted somewhere for the night after our long flight and before our flight to the UK the following morning. It took forever to get checked in as there was only one person there n check in with a lot of people waiting. No ideal after a 18hrs of travelling. The room stunk when we got in, aircon was poor and room wasn’t very cool. No kettle or any coffee making facilities. Mattress if you can call it that was a few CM thick with awful scratchy bedding that was clicked to bits. It is a stones throw from the airport which is ideal for an early morning flight.
