The hotel is conveniently located about a five-minute walk from the Parking X drop-off, accessible via the internal connection train between Terminal 1 and Terminals 2/3. However, signage from the train to the hotel is initially quite poor and can be confusing. Once you’re heading in the right direction, it becomes clearer—best advice is simply to follow the crowd if there is one. The hotel itself sits slightly uphill, with both a ramp and steps leading up.
Check-in & Lobby Atmosphere
On arrival, the lobby was busy and quite chaotic, with three concierge staff managing a large number of guests. The space doubles as a lively bar area, which gives it a vibrant but noisy atmosphere. A complimentary drink is a nice touch on arrival. Check-in took around 10 minutes despite a sizeable queue and was handled efficiently.
Room (Room 340)
Located on the third floor, conveniently close to the lift. Access requires a key card.
The room has a modern, slightly moody aesthetic:
• Dark grey walls with wood panel accents
• Grey upholstered headboard with yellow stripe details
• Compact but functional layout
The bathroom is practical, featuring:
• Basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel)
• Hairdryer
• Towel storage positioned above the sink, which feels slightly awkward
The bed is comfortable, and there’s a reasonable amount of space for a short stay.
Amenities
• No tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, which is a notable downside
• Small gym with:
• Three cardio machines
• One bench and some weights
• Floor mat and punching bag
• Water cooler
Noise & Sleep Quality
Noise is a key drawback:
• Audible “ping” from the lift
• Noise from people talking near the lift area
• Footsteps from the floor above
Earplugs are recommended if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall Impression
A solid, modern airport hotel with good proximity to terminals and efficient service. However, it’s let down slightly by poor initial signage, lack of in-room hot drinks, and noticeable noise levels. Best suited for short overnight stays rather than longer visits.

The Moxy, is conveniently located close to International Terminal 1 Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, a short trip on airport train shuttle. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the was well appointed with everything you would require. A great place to stay for either an early morning departure or a late night arrival.
