    No air conditioners in the rooms with temperature +42c was really bad experience

    I did not get the type of room I booked , so disappointing!!!I should have received at least a complimentary breakfast or a free parking.....but none was given. Furthermore, the staff blamed agoda for such confusing description of the room type shown in the booking details during checked in.

    I stayed at Eklo Roissy for three nights and unfortunately had an uncomfortable experience due to the air conditioner in my room not working throughout my stay. I reported the issue several times to the staff, but the problem was not resolved and no proper alternative solution was offered. I understand that technical issues can happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of timely follow-up and customer care after multiple complaints. After long days of travel, a comfortable room is very important for guests. The hotel has a good location and potential, but I hope management improves maintenance response and guest support so future visitors can have a better experience.
