Good CDG airport hotel if you need to catch your flight early in a day.

Clean, quiet, good-size room with windows you can open, facing a forest and affording privacy without using drapes. We had a paid breakfast and the manager in charge let us share it for the cost of one. The hotel's minibus picked us free of charge from terminal 2B to the hotel. They also have a paid transportation from the hotel to terminal 2B.

Room is covered with a hairy carpet. The bathroom has a high-walled tub which is not desirable for older people and stepping in/out is risky.

It was good value for money and fairly easy to get to, once we had worked out how to get the shuttle from the airport.

Disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open (Sunday evening)

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is great for anyone with an early morning flight. It also has a small supermarket where you can get whatever you need at any time, as well as tea and coffee machines.

It had a table, mini fridge for beverages. In general the stay for one night was okay

Two rooms share one door (locked) but then you hear the other guests talking. Also at the night of our stay there was a false alarm that was ringing for 10 minutes, at 5 AM. Most of the guests evacuated and were waiting in the lobby and there wasn't a single employee to tell us what is going on. In the end everyone just went to their rooms without information

Room and bathroom quite spacious, new mattress, bed linen clean.

The room was dirty. I found a pill on the floor once we entered the room, that's not safe for families with children. In general, better don't check how dirty it is, just sleep and go to the airport. Hair dryer didn't work.

I wouldn’t use that hotel again

It was close to the airport but the cost was high considering how old the facility was. The bathroom was not very good. The sink had been repainted but it was a poor job. One of the lights didn’t work. As well, we ordered a taxi and they didn’t use a registered taxi do the cost was at least 8Euro more than it should have been

No frills overnight stay

The staff were very pleasant and the young lady who checked us in was very helpful. Our room was spacious. The breakfast staff were helpful, and the continental breakfast also included warm foods, which wasn't expected.

On arrival, the 2 pillows that were on the bed were squashed into a square case, which made the bed look unfinished. The room was dated, which made it seem like it needed a refresh. Slightly disappointed as our family had 2 rooms, both with the same dislikes.

The room and bed were spacious and comfortable for my 1 night stay. I had a good night's sleep after a long, busy day on trains and the bus.

The shower / bath was kind of cramped. For a night's stay, it was not bad though. Most best western type of hotels are the same on bathroom size. However, it was clean and did the job.

Hotel is clean with very comfortable bed. They have pleasant staff that are very polite and super kind . Good shuttle service though it may take a little longer than 20 minutes to get picked up from the airport.

Location! Loved the fact that the hotel is near the airport. There is a huge mall 'Aerovile' with great outlets. The shopping mall is 5 min away by car. Couldn't ask for more!

I really appreciated being able to check in early. The sweet man at reception was gracious and professional. He patiently answered my questions and gave me directions to walk to Roissey. I was pleasantly surprised to have an exceptional dinner in the hotel restaurant. Often, restaurants in hotels near airports offer mediocre dining experiences. Hotel Inn Paris CDG certainly provided excellent food and service.

Great location, fabulous bed, but could be improved through better customer relations.

We loved the location; check-in was easy and informative; the bed was big, clean and comfortable; free water.

Being mistrusted by members of the restaurant and front desk staff that breakfast was included when we pre-purchased our stay. On our last morning at the hotel we were made to pay for a breakfast each we had already paid for. Then we had to supply evidence by emails that we had indeed paid for our breakfasts for that day. We did not receive the refund for some weeks.

Thin walls made for interrupted sleep. OK for one night before or after a flight.

There is a nice village nearby with a beautiful park. This was a surprise because I thought there were only hotels in the area.

So many things could have been better. We had a room with a pass through door on either side. There was no soundproofing and at times, I thought the neighbors were in our room. The breakfast was barely adequate. One night was plenty to stay at this hotel.
