It was a quick and adequate stay.

The staff at reception were great. The room was quiet and bed comfortable. The breakfast appeared nicely set up but I only took a chocolat croissant and a little juice. The parking was good and easy.

The hotel is very dated and in need of some touch up. For example the carpet in the corridors is very dated as well as to a certain extent in the room. The toilet paper holder looked like a dowel stuck in the wall and the toilet paper did not stay on it very well. I did not see a refigerator in the room.

Enjoyable stay in the hotel, nice facility and great location, would stay again.

Location was great as well as the hotel. Very good value , very nice and large room.

It was a Sunday and when I asked about restaurant recommendations, I was told all were closed. I even asked about markets in town where I could buy food. I was told those were also closed. I later walked into town and found 2 markets open and purchased lunch foods. Ate dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Layover hotel at CDG

Close to the CDG airport. Comfortable room, good bed, great linen, friendly staff, cozy bar with fireplace.

I chose the place because of the airport shuttle. My plane arrived 21:30h until I came out 21:40 the last shuttle 21:30 had gone. Took a taxi for 30€. The same in the morning, very limited. I saw the Marriott hotel shuttle, but didn’t know that’s just beside it. Didn’t make it in time for the breakfast till 10 am, after that nothing open for a coffee.

The hotel is quiet and close to the airport, which met our requirements.

Nice, quiet room for us to stay for a few hours of sleep. We had an emergency situation and were trying to get home, and the hotel allowed us to get a little rest in between four lengthy flights. The hotel is very close to CDG.

The hotel pushes its "discounted" taxi service to CDG for $30. We took an uber for $4.

Fantastic place to stay near airport.

We have stayed at this hotel several times now while on our way from Melbourne to France. It is close to Charles De Gaulle and much cheaper than Paris hotels. Fabulous restaurant and if you arrive too late for the restaurant they have a selection of sandwiches etc that you can buy. I also have to say I love the eclectic decor!!

Great location to the airport

Location was closed to the airport. Discovered the surrounding area behind the hotel had some interesting statues, nice park, and restaurants.

The restaurant food was ok. For what you paid the food was average at best. An example was the caesar salad which was wet, and iceberg lettuce was used and not romaine. It was tasteless. The others had pasta and also said it was average at best.

The facility was clean and the staff was nice.but nothing to raise it to exceptional. We just needed a good place near the airport.

The parking was a little tricky. It also was not possible to get ice. The bar was right there, but no ice?? And you had to pay for a shuttle to the airport. 😕

Comfort, location, beautiful decoration, polite and kind staff.

Stayed at 2nd floor. I don’t know if it’s cleaning product or perfume but it smelled very strong and unpleasant. I booked a shuttle from the airport to the hotel as I had to go back to hotel. But the driver left without me and I had to wait an hour. I was standing next to the sign (shuttles to the hotel) but apparently I was in a wrong place.

Mercifully short.

The staff were spectacularly unhelpful. For example only, while there were cabinets in the room for a refrigerator, there was no refrigerator in the room and I had something that needed to be refrigerated. The staff could not or would not help me, including refusing to give me any ice from the bar to keep my items refrigerated, even after I told them it was for medication that needed to be cold. The person at the bar insisted he had no ice despite the fact that everyone in the bar had glasses full of ice. I even asked him just for a few cubes and he refused. And of course, no one thought of any way to help me solve my issue. Ultimately, I went to the hotel across the street and they very kindly and very quickly gave me ice. (To be fair, one of the people in the restaurant finally agreed to put my ice pack in the freezer overnight, but acted very put out in doing so and only after getting the nod from the bartender and the person at the front desk as I stood before them near tears.)

See above. The idea of going above and beyond was clearly not part of their training. In addition, the idea that we had to pay eight euros per person to take a shuttle to the airport from a hotel that is allegedly an airport hotel was shocking.

There were many restaurants nearby. That street was lined with flowering bushes, very pretty.

The street the hotel was on had many other hotels. They were a little shabby looking on the exterior. There was no shuttle available when we needed it so we used Uber to get to the airport.

Easy Airport Access, Comfortable Stay

This hotel is perfectly adequate for a one night stay if you have a layover at CDG and not enough time to venture to Paris. The beds were comfortable, and the location is great for getting up early and heading to the airport. Perfectly fine stay.

The hotel bar closes quite early, and we would have loved to have a meal. It is Paris afterall, eating late is not such a rare idea. Everything else was fine, though I did request extra pillows and they never arrived.

The large window was wide open when I entered my room and air-conditioning on. Hence two flies were with me all night. The basin tap was not clean and there was dust on some surfaces of bathroom and bedroom.

The hotel is very clean, the friends at the reception and the staff are very attentive and polite. Many thanks especially to Lorenzo and Zakaria. Having a helpful team is an indication that I will stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

While the room was clean, still it was disappointing because of the reception staff and the location

The room presentation was nice. It was clean.

Mainly the lady at the reception who was super rude. She did not even greet or smile at us and behaved like she is the boss of entire Paris. Her rudeness was super irritating. Also, the location is not as close to the airport as advertised. You still need to book a taxi if you want to get to the CDG airport. Their airport shuttle is super costly compared to even a taxi. Also, please don't buy anything inside the hotel as they charge you heaps even for a small water bottle.

Feel good

People at reception , at the bar , at restaurant... , very nice , very smiling , listening , very helpful. I like the style , cosy , different for each room and not standardized. I like the atmosphere. Breakfast was good.
