Decent hotel close to CDG airport

The cost of the room was convenient and the breakfast begins quite early in the morning (4 am or something). This is convenient since we can eat before an early flight.

The shuttle bus connections to and from the CDG airport. There's no clear schedule mentioned online and nobody at the hotel answers the phone if you call. You just have to wait outside the taxi stand, hoping that your shuttle will arrive. Once at the hotel, they take prepayment for the airport shuttle, but then do not use that information to estimate the crowd. For example, the airport shuttle arrived in the morning at 5:18 AM, but it was already packed with people from other hotels. Seemed like chaos, since we were around 48 people waiting to go to the airport.

Family room (additional bed) was not comfortable. It will be good to upgrade the bed when 3 people are staying in a room.

Awful experience !

There are 2 Ibis Style in the Airport. One is located just in front of the Airport. The other is located 15 minutes await, with a shuttle every 45 minutes. They are both called almost the same name : this is very confusing and IBIS does not even try to change this. They do it on purpose. It would be so simple to change their names in order to avoid mistakes.

The navet system from CDG was not clear - would not be much to add some instruction in the website… Also could be in the bus to say this shuttle will go to hôtel x, y and z. Not much but make experience more relax. And only one every 45min is not much…

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

I tried to contact the property prior to my stay because I had some questions. I tried four times in four different days, at different times and was put in hold -once for 40 mns; nobody picked up the phone to answer my questions. I had to call the group Accor to get some answers.

Our room was so small with 3 beds squeezed in leaving very little space. Overall very tired, corridors were poorly lit, all communal areas needed repairs, decoration.

Major reform needed

We could take a shuttle to the airport. Happy to gave three beds.

First, the woman working behind the desk came around the desk to be in front of a female guest and yelled loudly within inches of her face for 3-5 minutes. There didn't appear to be a manager around as that woman's should have been removed and fired on the spot. She was speaking at a rapid pace in French so I don't know what she was saying. Everyone felt uncomfortable and did not want to check in with her. Additionally, the mattresses were poor and there was no room to walk around the beds. The tub shower was so narrow it was difficult to stand and move in the shower, and the food quality was low. I was really surprised as I expected better quality from an Ibis.

The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a 24/7 self-checkout mini-store with snacks and travel essentials. The airport shuttle is reliable.

It’s close enough to the airport and it offers good accessibility via shuttle of public transport. Rooms are practical in size, and the breakfast buffet is solid.

The AC in our room did not work. The shuttle was 5 euros which was not indicated before we booked the room and it was only available in the morning whereas we were traveling in the evening.

dirty floor in the breakfast room - cleaners are not bother to clean immediately until after when it is closed. RIDICULOUS! Loads of insects around while dirty food is still on the floors!
