Rooms are older than vintage, light in bathrooms need to be renewed and more lighted to the mirror and not to the toilet. plastic on the bed has surely a reason but you shouls look at another solution.

The restaurant was wonderful and the food was delectable. The pizza tasted amazing and was a good value. The rooms had lots of Character with gargoyles on the desk. It made the room very comfy and cozy.

The location was great. The value was very nice. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was very nice. The gym was good. The staff were approachable and friendly for the most part. The beds were comfortable.
More flexibility with the shuttle to and from the airport would have been much better. It leaves at specific times, and missing it means waiting an hour or more. It did not run in the afternoon.

We are extremely disappointed with the way the staff handled our missing items. We accidentally left a couple items in the room, and immediately followed up the same day we checked out, and the way the staff handled this was a JOKE. We had to call MULTIPLE times over 4 days, asking if they had got in contact with housekeeping and they made 0 effort to follow up. It was honestly a joke. On top of this, the breakfast was extremely poor. The scrambelled eggs were runny and flavourless and they don't have a great variety.
Will most definitely not stay here again and do not recommend to any people looking to stay here.

Nothing went well. This is a terrible hotel and by far the worst 4-star hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms are old and dated. The first room we were assigned felt like a sauna when we walked in. When we went to turn down the heat, we discovered that the thermostat had been smashed and the dial to adjust the temperature was broken in half and hanging from the thermostat. The room had wallpaper peeling from the wall, wrinkled carpet representing a trip hazard, beat up furniture and in short, was a mess. And we had booked a deluxe "Club Room." We then had to drag our luggage back to the front desk and have another room assigned. The new room was better, but still needed new carpet, a repair or replacement to the wall paper, and overall needed to be updated to meet Millennium franchise requirements. This hotel is a black mark on Millennium and frankly, I am surprised that it still has a franchise. I may never stay at another Millennium franchised hotel again. Hilton or Marriott would have almost certainly revoked this hotel's franchise years ago. In addition to the above, the hotel boasts that it offer free airport shuttle service. In fact, the service is infrequent and the earliest shuttle to the airport is at 6:50AM which is too late for many international flights given that you are advised to be at the airport 3 hours before departure. Accordingly, we had to use a taxi from and to the airport. The taxi from the airport to the hotel (which we picked up from the taxi cue) cost 18 euro. We asked the hotel clerk to book us a taxi at 6:00AM for our return trip to the airport. A car arrived to pick us up at 6:00AM but it wasn't a taxi. The drive to the airport took about 5 minutes and the driver charged us 28 euro. He had a little device to charge our credit card but it didn't provide any receipt. So, we paid 46 euro for taxi service to and from the hotel. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
In addition to our negative comments above, the hotel's restaurant is simply awful. The service was very slow. My wife and I both ordered the burger and fries and while the fries were okay, the burgers were terrible. I ordered my burger medium rare and the burger I received could only be described as a hockey puck. It was so overcooked and dry, it was inedible. My wife's wasn't much better, but she was hungry and decided to eat some of hers. I sent mine back and demanded that it be cooked medium rare. One would have thought that my order would have been put immediately...but instead it took about 30 minutes for another burger and fries to be delivered. And after that long wait, I received another beyond well done hockey puck that was simply inedible. We had just spent three weeks in France, Switzerland and Germany and dined at at many restaurants from small restaurants with eight to twelve tables to larger restaurants with several rooms and every single one of them was absolutely wonderful with superb service and unbelievably delicious food. Yet at the Millennium CDG, it seemed to us that the goal was to serve the worst possible meal. FINAL WARNING: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

There was no shuttle to the airport. I planned to catch my shuttle at 7:40 am then I was told shuttle is full and need to wait till 8:40 am which would make me miss my flight. I had to book an uber for an extra 40 Euros. I would say shuttle pick up is a joke.

The lobby is presented nice and clean. Staff allowed to check in early at 12. Was allowed to use their restricted car park on ground level after raising issues with underground car parking.
The carpets in our rooms were tired and smell of damp. The shower was leaking. Heated pool and jacuzzi was cold. On booking.com it stated half and full board optional at hotel. But hotel refused. Underground parking is a nightmare, tight corners. I bumped my car!

The breakfast was very good. The pool looked nice, but we didn't use it.
The 11am shuttle bus left the airport early so we had to take an expensive taxi. It was the last shuttle until evening and I had called the hotel to say we wanted to be on it. The front desk clerk had no idea how to direct us to public transportation, pput our luggage in the storage room until check in time and didn't give us a receipt, and the carpet in our room was dirty and there was debris under the bed.

Locationn close to the airport. I have stayed in this hotel many times since 2000 but not in the last 5 years.
It's so run down now, our room had badly damaged furniture and stained carpets. The smell from when we got out of the lift on 1st floor was disgusting and carpet filthy.
I emailed minimum 3 times in advance of arrival asking for the shuttle timetable and received a reply yesterday evening after we got home

Very tired worn out rooms. Check-in, although we arrived at the specified time, we waited over 30 minutes to be checked in. This was our last hotel of 8 different hotels, and the worst check in experience. All others seemed to go efficiently and smoothly.

Location is alright if booking for night/day layover and catching a plane next day.thats all about it.
There are hidden fees like deposit and city tax which needs to be paid. Always ask for a receipt for extra payments. My deposit has never been refunded.

Staff was pleasant but not eager to provide exceptional service. The building looked worn; heavily used. The hallway had patching on the walls. My room had dark stains on the carpet; mold spots on the bathroom tile; and the bathtub didn't drain properly.
The pool had some algae/mold spots. The signage for the pool was poor. Had to ask for directions. The free shuttle to the airport was a nice feature but the pickup spot was not clear. We ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel after a day in the city. Also need a step stool for short people to get into the shuttle bus.

Come to find out later very limited shuttle after waiting 1 1/2 hours called and was told we had to take a taxi or wait another hour. The front desk kept hanging up on me when I was calling international from my USA phone. The message in picture about pick up not true.

Some of the staff were really kind and seemed ashamed with the hotel conditions.
The cleaning is horrible. The whole room had a terrible smell. The carpet was full of stains and dirty, the furniture had dust, the bathroom had a urine smell and even the ceiling had mold. We had to struggle trying to kill three huge flys inside our room that were insisting on land at the pillows and towels. We asked the hotel staff for a bug spray but they didn’t have one.
When we arrived at the hotel at 11pm that was a party at the main restaurant with such loud music that we couldn’t even hear the staff during our check-in and no one could tell us until what time the party could run. A lot of other guests were at the reception asking for changing their rooms because of the noise.
The hotel doesn’t offer room service and the restaurants don’t open for lunch.
The shuttle between the hotel and the airport just works until 10:45pm, so if you’re arriving late it’s a big problem because the taxi drivers at the airport never want to take a short ride so getting a transportation turns into a huge problem.
The telephone at our room wasn’t working and they didn’t have another one to replace it, so every time we need to contact the reception we were forced to come down to speak directly to the staff.

The lady receptionist that was being abrupt and rude to other members of staff. Felt uncomfortable when checking in. She wasn’t very welcoming and probably should be working in the office and not front of house.

They offer a hotel shuttle, but it was impossible to get any details of this in advance of arrival, despite sending several messages through booking.com (we were arriving at train station and were not familar with CDG) and through the hotels messaging system. This was frustrating as the responses we did get were about parking and providing a review opposed to answering our questions. When we did get a hold of someone at the hotel, it took 2 calls to get the information needed to find the shuttle and a 45-minute wait to actually get the shuttle (wait was due to volume of people needing shuttle and us not being pushy). Just something to be aware of, especially if not familiar with the airport or area.

Pick up at airport changed since previous stay, had to wait 45 minutes for pick up. Time schedule & frequency could be improved. 30 euros rather expensive for short taxi drive to airport.
