Ibis Styles hotels do not disappoint. Staff was helpful, amenities were good, room was clean and comfortable, shuttle buses from Paris CDG airport are very convenient to get to and from there. This was my second time staying in an Ibis Styles during my trip, and both times were great. Will definitely consider again for my next trip flying from Paris!

There was barely anything to eat for breakfast, the shuttle was far from the hotel, and the shuttle times were terrible.

Pretty good for the price... just don't look at the carpet too closely... Extremely convenient to get to the airport since the 9502 bus stop is <100m away. The shopping center is a 30 minute walk, which was really nice for some exercise.

Very very basic hotel with small rooms. They pretend to have a shuttle on level 5 at the airport but there is no level 5 and no one can find the shuttle. I took a taxi. Even the front desk lady at the hotel admitted that no one can find it.. Beds are ok.

The lady at the reception ( on the evening) was a gem, very smiley helpful and responsive as i booked last minute and arrived after midnight! the rooms were clean ! perfect for a practical lay over !

We just needed a place to stay for one night before heading to the airport. The hotel was accessible for us by the city bus on route 32 from the train station which was convenient and there was a shuttle available the next morning to take us to the airport. The staff were very friendly and check in/out was easy. The restaurant at the hotel was very helpful and not too expensive. The breakfast which was included in the morning was convenient however not much selection. The hotel room was very small however that is to be expected in France. It was nice that we had 3 single beds for my family of 3. The sheets however were stained and the bathroom was clean however showing a lot of wear.

I reserved a room with three twin beds, but was given a tiny room with only two beds. We (three people) arrived early (I think between 8 an and 9 am). We initially planned to just deposit our luggage, but the front desk man told us we could get into a room right then if we paid 30 euros extra. We agreed. When we got to the room, we found it is tiny with only two twin beds. We thought that because we arrived early maybe only this room was available. At regular check in time about 2 pm, I went to the front desk and showed that we reserved a room with 3 twin beds. The same front desk man told me that I should have come down immediately when we found the room had only 2 twin beds, and that they didn’t have room with 3 twin beds anymore. The man was not very polite and not very patient and showed no interest in solving the problem or offering some refund when we did not get a room we reserved for. Overall, the hotel experience is one of the worst. Tiny room. Not enough sleeping space. No air-conditioning. Shower water fluctuating from warm to cold to hot.

Included breakfast was good. Room was bad. I booked and paid for a triple family room, and got a normal double room with a rollaway cot stuffed in there. There was an 18 inch wide path at the end of the beds to walk through and that was it. The only place you could open a carryon sized suit case was on the bed. The AC was broken in the hotel, and it was uncomfortably hot everywhere except the bar.

The service was quite poor. We waited an hour to check-in at 11pm. The room key system was down resulting in long wait lines to get into our actual rooms as access could only be granted to our doors by employees. In addition to this the service was incredibly unfriendly, unforgiving and un helpful. The stay was not valued at the price paid.

Just a stay when my flight was cancelled due to a typhoon at the destination. The receptionists are helpful, informative and friendly. Nice breakfast, enough to last to dinner. A microwave by the elevator is useful to heat up food in the cold winter. Also all day free coffee and tea provided is nice

Great hotel for a quick Paris transit. Connected to terminal 3 by local bus service, but itherwise a taxi needed if yiu have large bags. Good value hotel with helpful staff and good breakfast. Well heated during winter.

This hotel is NOT at the airport. listed as IBIS styles CDG this is deceptive. There are 2 IBIS styles CDG and only the other one is at the airport. Discovered too late to cancel. Had to take a paid shuttle bus 6 miles, or a 25 euro taxi ride or a city bus and walk. Difficult with luggage. Please rename this IBIS! Only good thing about this IBIS location is the free breakfast. Even a luggage cart is paid.

Difficult access at 9pm: Hotel is 3km out of the airport, there is no pedestrian way. After 9pm, only taxi or hotel shuttle. Hotel shuttle was booked for 5 euros the day before arrival. Pick up location confirmed by Ibis (CDG TGV train station lvl 5) was wrong. This area has been closed. Hotel has not answered any call. Hotel shuttle access found 1 hour later at the up exit of terminal B, then walked back to pick up area. Ensure you find the correct shuttle by asking several people, showing hotel address. Other services satisfactory for the price.

Room not ready at 19:00 at night. Bathroom not clean. No water pressure. Gym is a joke - small dirty room with broken treadmill. Very expensive. Not reccomended - even as a business hotel for trade fairs.
