The room was okay. I didn’t feel comfortable though. The family was fine.

The bathroom was filthy. I’m glad I showered at the place I stayed previously. They didn’t even have a hand towel. It was shared with the family that lives there.

Good value on busline near dublin airport

Good value at sixty euro for high priced dublin area, easy busride (#41 swords manor, zone15, need 2 euro in coins (no notes, no change)). This is a room with shared hallway bathroom in Bengali family home. Has fridge, microwave, tea kettle, instant coffee, one silverware set and ketchup for your fish&chips. Very nice owner with lovely kids. Spar supermarket 10min walk. Address is found on google maps.

Bathroom is cluttered and needs mildew removed. It works well for a layover but i would not use it as a base to explore dublin for multiple days. No temperature control in room.

Just like last time it was an excellent stay at a location close to the airport. It's what i needed. The host is friendly and the room is clean.

He changed the small room into a big room which is more expensive. I was fine with the cheaper small one but ok i get it from an entrepreneurial standpoint and respect that. No milk for coffee.

Clean and tidy place near airport.

The place was very clean, the owner arranged easy check-in and check-out. It was easy to find an relatively close to Dublin airport.

Pillows were very hard and big, impossible to use. The rooms have very thin walls and as there are more rooms, I could hear neighbours leaving and arriving during the night and I had hard time sleeping.

I booked a room with shared bath in the home. The host could not have been more amenable. He was available and quickly responded to any questions, which I really appreciated. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy bus access. The room was clean and it was obvious that attention was given to creating a comfortable area. My room even had a refrigerator. A nice extra. The only comment I’d make is that it’s not that close to the airport. It still worked for me as I was returning the next morning to the airport. If one wanted city center it would be just as accessible from the airport. In this Swords area there is a nice pub/restaurant one can walk to, also a Spar. Finally, I mentioned the bus not accepting cards, requiring exact change. He promptly put some coins on the chest for access to the bus. Of course I didn’t expect this nor did I ask. I found it a considerate, thoughtful and generous gesture.

If I’d wanted to go to City Centre, probably best to plan to actually stay there or to plan a long visit. Also, it’s always preferable to have a dedicated bath, there wasn’t one. Not really a problem for overnight stay.

Perfect for an early flight

Close to the airport, the room is very clean, small but comfortable. There’s a microwave, a fridge and a kettle, which makes it perfect for a short stay for an early flight. It’s a family home, which is not necessarily what everyone is looking for, but the family is lovely. I stayed when I landed late, and returned the night before my early flight.

This room was exactly what I needed - a quiet, comfortable spot, not far from the airport, where I could rest before continuing my journey. Asif was a great and kind host and communicated well during the process.

Convenient accommodation for an early flight

It wasn't entirely clear on the website, but the room is in the owner's actual home (the room has a key so I had no concerns about privacy) so I met the entire family, including his lovely daughter. The room is small and a bit basic, but clean and with everything you might need: microwave, kettle, mini fridge, plates and cutlery; tap water is drinkable, but there were also two bottles of water available. Asif and his family are very welcoming, and the neighbourhood is nice: very residential, close to a couple of nice park and only a short walk away from a pub. I stayed there one night when I arrived straight from the airport, and came back for my last night before an early flight.

A bed for the night! Nothing more and not at all appropriate.

The owner was there to greet me at the stipulated time of 6.00 pm which I thought was very late to be the earliest check in time. Also, there was a fridge in the room with a couple of drinks supplied.

The address was mis-described as “Lioscian” which made it appear as if it was the name of a street or a road, but it is actually 2 words and is the name of a housing estate, not a street or road as it appeared. Therefore, no one knew where it was and no one could help me find it. Giving a correct address and good instructions as to the location is vital, especially, where it is a private residence with no signage to assist. This was just someone’s disorganised house, and it was not organised enough to invite tourists into, let alone offer comfort and a clean environment to spend the night. This house should not be operating as a tourist facility. I would be ashamed to even offer a bed for free here, given the very poor set up, disorganised home and general clutter everywhere. Not suitable at all!

Fabulously convenient with free parking. 4mns walk to the bus stop, then short bus ride to airport.

Great location in a safe neighbourhood close to the airport. Was walking in the dark in the early hours to the bus stop to catch an early-hours flight, and didn’t feel threatened. Lovely room and family. On the way back, landed at 9pm, and was back at the house by 10pm.
