A good place to stay but room for lots of improvement.
Convenient location. Easy to find and good instructions to find the key and access property. Had a kitchen so we could cook at the property. Had a heater to warm the place up. Comfy beds.
Kitchen, (mainly oven, fridge and food cupboard) weren’t cleaned/emptied for our arrival. Floor wasn’t cleaned under the beds. No drawers for storing clothes. Poor selection of crockery and cutlery. No glasses to drink from (I bought some and left them in the property). Hot water tank was intermittently very noisy, even during the night. No opening windows to ventilate at night.

Peaceful, quiet, well stocked.
Had everything I needed. Good internet, a kitchen with a pot and cutlery and all sorts. :)
Everything was good. I couldn't figure out the lock box at first so someone helped me. That was about me and my slippery fingers.

Enjoyable for a few days
The lock box was good for entry. The kitchen and shower facilities were nicely done. It’s about a 10 minute pleasant walk to the Dart train into downtown Dublin. There is a shopping area a short walk away. We took the train to Howth and hiked along the cliffs - very pretty!
The WiFi was not working during our stay and cell service was very weak inside and near the apartment.

3 night stay in Dublin
The apartment was decently priced for an expensive city like Dublin, and nice and simple to get into the city centre (about 40 minutes using the Dart). Communication and access to the apartment was easy enough - keys left in a key safe with the code communicated on the day.
It would have been good if the apartment had been cleaned before arrival, or at the very least have something to be able to clean ourselves - as it stood there was a fair bit of random hair and cobwebs about the apartment. Do not expect to use the kitchen for anything more than boiling pasta - there was a small pot, frying pan and two blunt knives but that was it in terms of kitchen equipment - no chopping board, sieve or even sponges or drying cloth for the dishes. Overall, a rudimentary clean and a little more in terms of equipment (things like chopping board, drying up cloth, and broom) would make a huge difference here.

Served a purpose but please make it clear to future clients this is a small cell

Poor dirty hole

Pleasant small apartment
+ Good and quick communication with the owner + Easy self check-in through lock code + Well equipped kitchen (tea, coffee and the like were also available) + Comfortable beds + Easy (free) parking on the street
- The place was not entirely clean. Several dust strings were hanging on the walls and other places and this was not since yesterday. Many other comments mention this, so it is unclear to us why it still is as it is. - Everything is quite small (but still ok) - Maybe a bit expensive for what it is, also given the location quite far from town
