The place was quiet,clean, beautiful decorated. There was a small, beautiful dinning room where I could have a free coffee/tea, cereals, equipped with microwave, air fryer, kettle, fridge/freezer, couch tv and all. Julia was lovely chatty lady, I think I found a new friend 🤭I'll definitely return every season when I'll exhibit in RDS as it took me about 20min to get to the accommodation and I didn't have a specific time to check it .. I checked in after work at 9pm.

Julia was very kind and respectful, I was happy to be able to return to a welcoming place after a long day. The launge had a lot of things free, like tea and cereal and milk and whatsoever, it was nice to have a cup of tea there. The E1 bus to the center of Dublin was a 6 minute walk and the bus stop for buses to the DART train was a 2 minute walk. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Absolutely worth it.
While the room was clean, the launge will need a little bit of extra care. I would recommend to put the plates in a cupboard for not to let them be dusty over time, or maybe wash the not used items too, after a couple days.

Room is good and pretty. But this is good for a leisure purpose not for business. This is a home stay. I would think again for leisure as well as it is far from city and Bray beach.
The owner was rude and biased because she had a previous bad experience from a Indian guy. Location is far for someone who is new to Dublin and not much restaurants. Expect this is as a home stay where you have to share bathroom and other rooms.
