Very easy access and in a bus route

The property was dirty and needs a deep clean, there is not cutlery etc for small kitchen area, there are no blinds or curtain so street lights keep you awake, didn’t feel safe in the property.

Great little spot near the city center

The location was great, with a walkable distance to the city, one straight shot without any turns, and very easy to find your way. Communication through chat was quick and helpful. The room was clean and provided a coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, a little oven, and a fridge. Private shower and toilet as well. There's also a little supermarket close by. I've seen mixed reviews, but this place was honestly better than I expected after reading those reviews. Sure, it's a tiny space, and it's not really a room for lounging in, but it's a great little spot that'll give you a roof and a bed for a decent price close to the city center.

My only personal issue was the beds, in that the one in the lower level was pretty short, and the one on the upper level was pretty hot since it was in a relatively small nook. That's no fault of the accommodation, but it's worth mentioning; I'm a tall guy so the bed on the lower level shouldn't give shorter folk any trouble, and the upper level bed was very comfortable in and of itself.

For 60€ it’s a perfect stay for a couple if you’re going to an event nearby

we had room 3, and there was a LADDER up to another bed, the kitchen is also the bathroom 😂 it’s such a fun novel place to stay, perfect for that one night if you’re doing something nearby. Evan at the vine tree off licence was great and helped us access the property very easily. There’s a tv for your netflix and disney + . They supply head n shoulders and coffee machine and shampoo. For 60€ a night, ya can’t go wrong it’s very fun

Igiene e pulizia pari a 0. Porta del bagno rotta, le tovaglie facevano puzza, gli elettrodomestici erano pessimi, camera minuscola.

Prima voor 1 (hooguit 2) nachten om alleen te slapen en te douchen.

De locatie was gemakkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Centrum is ook te voet te bereiken voor redelijk geoefende wandelaars. De smart-tv is te gebruiken met eigen Netflix-account. Koelkast, waterkoker en magnetron aanwezig. Heel veel eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Vriendelijke mensen in de pubs en restaurants, supergoed openbaar vervoer. Op de bijgevoegde foto is de volledige vrije loopruimte te zien (90 cm x 200cm).

De accomodatie wordt als klein omschreven, maar let er op dat het echt klein is. 1 slaapplek beneden van 170 cm lang en 1 slaapplek via een aan de muur gemonteerde ladder, die lastig te beklimmen is. Let op dat dit een serieuze hindernis is. Het bovenbed is vlak onder het plafond en erg warm en heeft een venster waar het licht vanuit het trappenhuis direct door naar binnen schijnt in de nacht. Douche- toiletruimte zijn gescheiden van de rest van de ruimte met een schuifdeur die of het toilet afschermt, of de douche. Geen stoelen om even te zitten. Geen borden en bestek aanwezig, ondanks magnetron en koelkast.
