This is a hidden gem, simply the best value for money you will get in Dublin. Don't expect luxury for this price! It's close to city centre, in a safe part of town with several public buses stopping right across the street from Diana's Place. It's clean, has a washing machine, a small kitchen, good water pressure on the shower, reliably wifi... what else can you ask for? Still, I am thankful for all the negative reviews that help keep the price this low.
I can see why some people can't find the place, but that's Google Maps' fault! Still, taking into account most of the guests seem to be complete knobheads, the communication regarding the proper address could be improved.

Stayed here twice; beds comfortable, convenient, but good value!
-Silver fish in bedroom, gross they were on my clothes in the morning (and ran back under the skirting board when disturbed)
-Bathroom roof mouldly
-Room was roasting 0 air conditioning 0 windows
