    Good value accomodation
In a good location close to city center and cheap cost for one night
The only down side is the pillows are super bad, completely too flat can't sleep properly with them, they need to purchase a proper pillow for each room and it would make it nicer, tourists hostels in city center provide much better pillows

It's fine. Don't expect too much for the price.
+ Price / Performance ratio is ok. Cheapest price in the city and booked quite late. + Place gets cleaned. Shower and toilets were clean. + Hot water in the shower. Didn't use the kitchen but seemed ok. Bed is of course not that great, but what you can expect for the price. + Self check in worked well - information via mail and text was good and quick replies.
    - My room didn't have a heater, which made going back to the room not so inviting. Maybe put a heater in each room. I've seen other rooms have it. - Some small upgrades like hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and towels would be great. Same for the toilet - a place to put your toiletries while you're in there. Small cost, great benefit.

    A Nightmare in Dublin
I only gave a 1 because I had to in order to give a review. I have been assisted by BOOKING.COM for many many years both business and personal. This was the worst experience of my life.
For a start I never got into the property at all. It was a horrific night cold, windy and driving heavy rain. There was another gentleman there with my also trying to get access. He was an English visitor who has also booked for the following night. I don't know if he was using BOOKINGS. Their are lovely photos on their website and on here of the "premises". They are NOT the premises I saw. There are NO staff in situ. After trying to get a hold of them by calling the number, it was a mobile number, which really made me suspicious from the start. 5 or 6 calls, went to an answer machine and told me they would contact me. It never happened. They emailed me a load of codes to get in the door and then around inside the building including my room, number 3. As neither of us could get access these codes were of no use to us. With a music festival in the city so other hotels we booked out. I live in Arklow, 60km away so the only alternative to sleeping on the streets was to get a taxi home. That cost me €180.00 I had paid my bill to Bookings (€79). I want that back and to avoid the same nightmares for any more of your valued clients, I would suggest you remove them from Bookings and protect your name. Their revues online are 1 or 2 star ONLY. bare in mind that you need to give 1 star to make a review. I have attached an image of the contact name and phone number they supplied to me and you. Id ask you to also to give consideration to compensating this 73 year old man for my Taxi fare. Many thanks. My opinion of Bookings.Com has NOT changed. I've been with you since 1998. This is the first such experience I have had.

Hi You should put a notice in the wall that noise has to be kept down after 11 am as walls are very thin and the people next door were talking for long until I knocked to keep quite A bit more toilet paper and one of the doir in the toilet needs adjusting That a to improve your place and have better rating overall We moved out at 9.45am so well before your 10 am schedule Thanks Ps you should mention the building when looking for your place but we managed to get it Especially the stop which would mention the place in the buses would re see the travel to your accommodation much easier especially to the foreigners

    Disappointing
Location. Near bus routes to city centre. Near shops.
Room with no windows. No ventilation. You can hear the people in the next room talking. Very flat pillows. Creaky floorboards everywhere. You can hear the other people walking in the corridor.

Absolutely Horrible Experience — Would Give -10/10 If I Could
I booked this hotel for one night, and the nightmare started around 11 p.m. when someone knocked on my door. The man claimed to be a security guard, but when I opened the door, I was shocked — standing there was a toothless man who looked more like a homeless drunk than a hotel employee. He demanded that I show him my documents. I asked him to show me his badge or any form of ID proving he actually worked for the hotel or its security service. Instead, he started rudely telling me stories about how things go missing in rooms and how some guests aren’t officially registered. My room door was open and clearly visible, so I even showed him my closet to prove there was no one else there. Still, I refused to hand over my documents to someone who looked like he just walked in off the street to pull some kind of prank. This bizarre “conversation” went on for about 40 minutes — right when I was about to go to sleep. Needless to say, I couldn’t relax at all afterward. The entire night was spent in stress and discomfort. I absolutely would not recommend this place to women — it’s unsafe, period. As for men, it’s up to you, but don’t expect any rest unless you’re ready to stand your ground. Cleanliness: The floor was covered in yellow stains (I don’t even want to imagine what from). The bed sheet was stained as well, so I had to sleep on the duvet cover since it was at least a bit cleaner. To make matters worse, there was a green light above the bed that stayed on all night and couldn’t be turned off. Overall rating: -10/10. Absolutely disgusting experience — avoid at all costs.

Disappointing and would not recommend staying at this facility
No Windows, no ventilation, we had to sleep with the door open to get enough air
