Good location

Room 2 is horrible. Room was like a sauna, heater unit makes a lot of noise, avoid the room in case you like to sleep

Nothing, it was cheap and that's it.

Mouldy, noisy, 7 people trying to use the one bathroom in the morning, dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen and cups and no one to check us in when we arrived.

Not sure I would recommend this place

The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is interesting.

There is no sign anywhere indicating it is Dormitorio Doble — a neighborhood woman said “I think there is a B&B there.” It is not a B&B, but ok. The woman upstairs (the manager? another guest?) seems afraid to be there and afraid of the Dormitorio guests and speaks very little English. Everything else was just “fair.”

It’s quite ok! Location is great, clean and easily reachable by bus

Room number 2 is a catastrophe! It has a boiler installed in it and whenever Someone uses the bathroom it makes very loud noises..,disturbing your sleep as it has a common bathroom & toilet the boiler is always running and makes unbearable noises..!

Nice big bed comfortable for short time stay but the house as a whole was unclean specially the kitchen , I would not have liked to stay in this property for more than a night or 2

Once I got to know, it's location it was only a 10 minute walk into town.

The person staying upstairs (who came back late and was very noisy). The noisy appliance in my room. I hardly got any sleep.

Bed was really confy. The place was bare but clean.

It was hard to reach the owner, they would not get back to us to all our requests. In our room there was an instant boiler of hot water and each time somebody used the bathroom, there was a lot of noise. (The bathroom was shared for 4 rooms)

It was ok but would not recommend it as it was not comfortable and messy with stuff under the stairs

It was quiet and quite close to the centre

We had a water heater in our room and it was very noisy keeping us up all night. The toilet seat and towel rack were broken plus the furniture was old. The pillows were a mess as they were flat and uncomfortable.

Confortável e central mas EVITAR QUARTO Nº2

- Localização bem central - Colchão e almofadas muito confortáveis - Quarto nº2 localizado ao lado da casa de banho.

- Quarto nº2 com caldeira no interior que liga sempre que alguém usa a água quente com barulho incomodativo que pode acordar durante a noite - Não há receção nem campainha. Depois de bater muito à porta surgiu uma senhora chamada Sandra Eduarda (fala pouco inglês) que se apresenta como guest mas na verdade gere chaves, entrega toalhas, trata da limpeza, mostra as condições, ensina a lidar com a fechadura. Foi desafiante conseguir entrar mas a partir daí foi uma estadia tranquila.

- La ubicación cercana al centro pero siendo una zona tranquila -La rapidez para contestar del propietario -Nuestra habitación en concreto (número 2) tenía el baño justo al lado, lo que facilitaba entrar justo cuando lo necesitabas

-La caldera estaba en la habitación, algo muy molesto cada vez que alguien utilizaba el agua. -Pusimos la calefacción y se calentó todo el edificio menos nuestra habitación, habría algún problema con el radiador.

Das war das bisher schlechteste, was ich bisher erlebt habe. Das Bettzeug war ungewaschen und hat stark nach Bier gerochen. Für 2 Personen lag nur ein Handtuch parat. Neben dem Bett hing ein großer Warmwasserspeicher, der laute Geräusche von sich gab. Haare auf dem Badewannenrand ....

Man sollte nicht Zuviel erwarten.Der Grund sauber, aber genauer sollte man nicht hinschauen. Viel zu teuer für diesen Standard. In unserem Zimmer hing die Therme 1 Meter über unserem Bett, welche nachts ständig ansprang. Gemeinschaftsbad, welches nicht in der Beschreibung zu lesen war.

Sehr schlechte Unterkunft. Zimmer sehr klein herunter gekommen und nicht gerade sauber. Boiler fürs Bad im Zimmer und sehr laut die ganze Nacht. Badezimmer wird mit 3 anderen Zimmer geteilt. Bad klein und nicht gepflegt. Kontakt zum Besitzer sehr schwierig und dann noch unhöflich.

La fenêtre de la chambre ne s'ouvrait pas. La chaudière à gaz est dans la chambre. La douche de la salle de bain est cassée ainsi qur le porte serviette. Wc dans salle de bains pour 3chambres donc au moins 6 personnes. Pas de ménage de fait dans les pieces communes pendant notre séjour.

Вполне хороший вариант размещения за свои деньги. Заранее начитавшись плохих отзывов готовился к худшему, но все было хорошо. Отмечу чистоту везде, будь то кухня, ванная или сами апартаменты. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, в том числе для приготовления еды. Есть общий холодильник. С хозяином установилась достаточно быстро связь. Заранее сообщили инструкцию по заселению, поэтому и тут проблем не было. Найти апартаменты так же не составило проблем. Место расположения хорошее. До центра можно дойти пешком. Недалеко находится музей и магазин Гиннесса.

Imeli smo srečo, da nam je prijazna čistilka odprla vrata in razkazala stanovanje, saj se ponudnik nastanitve ni oglašal na kontakt, ki nam ga je posredoval. Kopalnico je zatohla in si jo deliš še z ostalimi. Stanovanje je dotrajano in potrebno obnove.
