You get what you pay for. Wouldn’t recommend unless you need cheap accomodation.

The location in Stoneybatter is fantastic, close to a market for everyday needs and within walking distance of many tourist destinations like the Guiness Storehouse, Phoenix Park, etc.

That being said, the room itself was quite uncomfortable, the hosts don’t own the property, so you can’t get support from the reception desk. There’s no WiFi, despite it being advertised, and I wasn’t able to have a hot shower for the duration of my stay.

Solid, if you don't expect a hotel

It's a student accommodation open also for non-students during summer holidays. If you don't expect a hotel, it is a solid accommodation. The instructions were clear, room was clean upon arrival, everything was working. There were bedlinen, two towels, bar soap, small shower gel, small shampoo and a roll of toilet paper in the room, but no hangers and no trash bin. The room is cleaned before and after your stay, but if you're staying for longer, you need to clean it yourself in between as well as dispose of trash. (It's not a hotel, as I wrote.) Wi-fi was good, as long as not too many users were connected at the same time. There's a nice small gym in the basement (for free), some common areas to chill and a self-service laundry (for a fee of about 5 € and you have to bring your own washing detergent). Yeah, and the access code is for the large iron gate to the right of the numpad, not for the entrance door to the left.

The booking description says "fully equipped kitchen", but after check-in I was told I was not allowed to use it. It was full of dirty smelly dishes and old trash. You are required to pose in front of a camera for a face photo in order to check-in.

Dirty and disorganised

Reasonable location

It was dirty, disorganised and disappointing. Had to share a dirty bathroom between 5 rooms, the shower was blocked, so ended up standing in grimy water, with hairs floating around. The kitchen didn't have any cutlery, plates, mugs etc, and the overflowing kitchen bins weren't emptied all weekend. There were no instructions sent to me prior to check in, the email with the instructions only arriving 3 hours after the check in time ,and the UK contact numer didn't answer, just hung up after going through the menu system and holding for a few minutes

The property was modern and in a good location Very good value for money

The room had no bin and although the room was reasonably clean the communal areas weren’t On arrival I was given my key card for the room and mistakingly read the room no wrong I thought it was B but it was D ( my mistake) But the key card let me in and I spent one night in room B The next day it wouldn’t let me in and this is where the problems started because there isn’t anyone on site to deal with the problem Having been past from one person to another no one got back to me after 2 hrs Luckily the on site cleaner solved my problem and I was able to access room B for my possessions and continue my stay in room D Thank you cleaner 👍🏻

Lovely and comfortable

Loved the place. It's located in a good place, there's a bus stop near and a supermarket where you can get coffee and pastries for breakfast. All around it there are various restaurants and pubs. But you can also cook your own food in the kitchen. The hosts texted me a couple of times to ensure that everything was good.

Unfortunately, there's a busy street nearby, so if you happen to have a bedroom right in front of it you might be awoken by the traffic early in the morning. And by the seagulls too.

Check in and check out was annoying, my card didn’t work sometimes and there was never anyone there to ask. Also check in took 30 mins waiting and check out no one was their, so I couldn’t ask to leave my 20kg bag

If you're okay with very loud neighbors and constant door slamming in the block due to the lack of door closers — then this place might be for you. And the best part? Reception will happily ignore any noise complaints after 10 PM, even though quiet hours are clearly stated in their own rules.

How do you charge for a room and not have a trash bin?!

The location was very close to a bus stop with a store right down the street. The car park was very close as well even though no discount was given.

For the amount they charge it would be nice to at least have a trash can in the bathroom. I messaged about this and was told they don’t have those type of amenities. Since when is a trash can an amenity?? Then they want you to take your trash to the bin in another building when you leave! The only thing in the room was a bed dresser and desk. I honestly am surprised we had towels with soap. All services were only done through text which made getting a response not very quick. We stayed at destiny student house in cork and would much rather use them again. Definitely would not stay here again.

Amazing staff, decent rooms but very loud heaters

The staff was absolutely amazing, very quick to reply and help out. Very nice as well. The rooms were also very modern, equipment was sufficient and the location was ideal.

Obviously the heater noises. I get that this is normal in Ireland (and maybe the UK), but in the end it doesn't change the fact that you can't sleep while others are using hot water, which is always going to be a negative thing. But here as well, it must be noted that the staff was very reactive and willing to understand and help out with this issue.

Gemeinschaftsbad war schmutzig. Trakt B hellhörig, Türen wurden geknallt und Türen sollten geschmiert werden. Unfreundlicher Empfang. Die Führung des Hauses bräuchte ein Führungskräftecoaching. Das Kinlay Hostel in Galway wäre ein Role Model wie Führung gelingt, dass Gäste sich wohl fühlen.

A localização era boa e espaco era seguro

Mudaram me de localização (literalmente de morada da estadia, acabei por ficar na cork street) e só me avisaram com uma hora de antecendencia. Nunca atenderam o telemovel, demoraram a dar resposta e enviaram informações erradas e estiveram ate ao ultimo dia para informar a nova localização apesar dos meus avisos. Nao me foi dada a localização prometida e causaram bastante transtorno, ficando na duvida se me iam obrigar a fazer checkout mais cedo

Es war einigermaßen sauber.

Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser. Auch bei mehrmaligem Nachfragen über das Portal wurde erst sehr spät geantwortet und nicht weitergeholfen. Es ist auch niemand vor Ort. Das Bett war unbequem. Bei 2 Personen spürte man jedes Drehen. Als wir die Unterkunft gebucht haben, hatte es noch gute Bewertungen und wir hatten eigentlich auch ein anderes Zimmer gebucht, als wir dann bekommen haben.

La ubicación aunque no está céntrico ni en la mejor zona pero si está muy bien comunicado con transporte público

Me enviaron un código de entrada que no funciona, si no es por una pareja que ya estaba dentro y que les había pasado lo mismo no podemos entrar, aunque el ckecking era hasta las 22:00 a las 21:00 ya no había nadie, en recepción solo hablaban inglés, las instalaciones estaban muy sucias, cubos de basura llenos de moscas en la cocina común, nuestra habitación con mocos en las paredes junto a la cama, tuvimos una avería el viernes por la noche, avisamos por la aplicación nos pidieron una foto al correo y salimos el lunes sin que nadie contestará ni fuera arreglarlo, tres días goteando agua del detector de humo en el cuarto de baño. Los vasos de café en el rellano nos han acompañado toda la semana ya los saludábamos y todo. Ventanas con telarañas, ahhh y la cama se merece otra reseña aparte!!!, colchón de muelles de la edad de los vikingos, dormir en pareja es una travesía en el mar como uno se mueva un poco el otro va a la deriva súper que la habitación es minúscula y está la pared pegada a la cama.

Satisfaisant pour le prix que c’était, surtout dans une ville chère comme Dublin.

La localisation était bien, a proximité de restaurants et proche du centre ville. Chambre confortable et bon rapport qualité prix.

Il n’y avait personne à la réception lors de mon arrivée, et n’ayant obtenu aucune information pour mon Check in, j’ai dû appeler. Toutefois, la personnes que j’ai réussi à contacter était très sympathique. Aussi, l’isolation n’est pas optimale, et il peut y avoir des nuisances sonores importantes de la part des voisins.

Voor de prijs waren de kamers erg klein waaronder ook de bedden. Er word verteld dat het in het centrum ligt maar om daadwerkelijk in het centrum te komen moet je ongeveer een half uur met de bus reizen. Je krijgt voor je volledige verbljjf 1 grote handdoek en 1 kleine. 1 klein flesje zeep en 1 klein flesje shampoo. Er staan geen glazen of plastic bekertjes in de kamer om eventueel drinken in te doen. Voor de rest waren er weinig aanvullende faciliteiten en kwam het erop neer dat het bedoelt was als studentenkamers. Niet hotelkamers....

Votre chambre est dans le bâtiment C mais une fois à l'intérieur du bâtiment C il est indiqué bâtiment G et dans l'ascenseur il est indiqué bâtiment B 🤪🤔🫣. Aucune info dans la chambre vous ne savez pas si vous pouvez utiliser le salon et la cuisine de votre étage !!! Pour le réglage de la température dans la chambre 26,5 degrés impossible de changer et impossible d'aérer les fenêtres s'ouvrant seulement de 5 centimètres 🥵 Franchement si nous avions pu régler la températire de la chambre nous aurions mis un 7/10 Points positifs : Emplacement Calme Prix

Établissement propre, assez impersonnel mais quand on vient pour visiter ça n'est pas important. Chambre pour deux spacieuse, tout était propre, lit un peu petit mais pour 2 nuits c'est suffisant.

La localización estaba bien comunicada y las opciones que te sugerian para dejar el equipaje y parking eran correctos, también atendían rápido a preguntas desde booking.

Pone que incluía papel de baño y toalla cosas que no eran ciertas, el baño no estaba listo para usarse porque faltaba esto, después tenían un aparato de aire que no funcionaba lo cual me confundía bastante teniendo en cuenta además la época del año que he ido, finales de junio, por lo tanto tenía que abrir la ventana y como daba a la calle ya me despertaba pronto por el tráfico al lado de mi habitación continuamente escuchándolo. También la primera noche salto la alarma de incendios a las 05:30 sin motivo aparente llegaron los bomberos y parecía que no sucedió nada.

Gute Lage. Einigermaßen sauber und ruhig.

Katastrophaler Check-In. Es hat eine Stunde gedauert bis ich in das Zimmer kam. Dort war dann das Bett nicht vorbereitet und es gab kein Klopapier. Nachfrage an der Rezeption: „Wir haben keine Ahnung. Bitte wenden Sie sich an die Stelle, wo Sie gebucht haben.“ Nach einem Telefonat wurde dann alles hergerichtet. Trotzdem sehr ärgerlich. Die Zeit hätte ich besser nutzen können.
