It was overall very good and I do recommend you stay here.

The owner was very nice and always available to help, even giving us solutions for transportation and regarding food allergies. Breakfast was nice, as were most of the things in the house.

Just nitpicking, but the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. There was a bit of dust atop the shower (I usually place my towel there when I shower, so I always check)

Pleasant

I really like the fact it was seperate areas as I was travelling with a friend. The shower and toilet and the kitchen area were are all on the same floor but different rooms. The place was clean, in a decent neighbourhood, was to get around on local transport to the city. The kitchen was restocked everyday with the essentials and breakfast was included. The heating was on it was lovely and warm. I was contacted with information about the proerty, and I felt the host communicated very well.

The single bed I slept in was creaky. There is a lot of loud noise if anyone is moving about upstairs, the floors are creaky and something kept banging. not an issue in day hours but when its in the night it woke me up so I was annoyed. no small heater in the bathroom, so very cold getting out the shower. Quite far out from the centre it was a 50 minute bus ride (I hadnt realised it was so far out) but the buses are regurlar and easy enough to navigate.

Kitchen is well equipped, rooms are spacious and comfy. Toiletries are well catered.

Shower space is tight. Basin is traditional hot and cold faucet, so not practical for winter.

Perfect for an overnight stay close to Dublin airport

Breakfast was plentiful and self-serve, which suited us well since we were leaving early. Communication for check-in was perfect, with pictures, and Avira was also there to greet us when we arrived. Room was spacious.

We just needed a room for one night close to the airport as we had an onward flight the next day.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean and well stocked with toiletries. The owner kindly ordered us a taxi to the airport which we really appreciated

There was no one available to check us in. And we did not get sent a key code or details to gain access. Another occupant.let us in. Then the WiFi code we had been sent didn't work - again another guest gave us the correct one.

Quiet, Spacious and a very warm welcome

Brilliant little gem, room was bigger and more spacious than we expected, the neighbourhood was very quiet and scenic and the hosts really went out of their way to make us feel welcome with breakfast and advice on how to travel around. Would consider again next time I visit.

Lovely Room for a Restful Nights Sleep

Easy check-in, parking space provided, lovely comfortable room with ensuite and in a quiet residential area. Would highly recommend.

Nothing really but maybe a suggestion to also put curtains in the bedroom as the early sun rise shines through the blinds and woke us up early. If heavy curtain would help black it out better.

The room was clean, and the host really nice, instructions were clear to follow. Parking on site. All useful amenities were available

Close to the Airport

Being near the airport was the main reason we chose this place. We had a little bit of difficulty finding the building and a photo of the front would have probably made our job a little bit easier. Luckily, the owner sent us detailed instructions on how to get in but I didn't notice that till later. We had to leave early in the morning so the continental type breakfast that was available in the kitchen suited us fine. It is an older type building but our room was well maintained and the bathroom was clean and totally functional. Having parking out the back was a bonus

It may sound petty, but the floorboards are really squeaky. We were aware of every movement in the floor above us. There is nothing that the owner can do about this but just be aware. This building is in an area with many apartments, so don't try to find an Irish pub close by. There were minor issues which could easily be addressed like the taps in the bathroom being loose and having to twist them back into place after each time they were used. A bit of TLC is needed on the property, even the backyard looked like it could do with a major cleanup

sehr sauber, gute Lage zum Flughafen, Frühstücksangebot gut und flexibel. Es war angenehm geheizt. Das Bett ist in Ordnung. Parkplatz vorhanden, nah zu Lidl und Supervalu.

Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig und eignet sich nicht für eine Vermietung mit unterschiedlicher Belegung. Die Decken sind aus Holz und man hört jede Bewegung vom Stock oberhalb.

Alojamiento de una noche agradable

Nos alojamos la noche de nuestra llegad al aeropuerto de Dublín, tardamos unos 20-25 minutos en coche de alquiler. Nos habían mandado por mensaje de Booking las indicaciones para acceder al alojamiento, pero no las había visto y llamé al número de teléfono de contacto al que me contestaron enseguida aunque era de madrugada y me mandaron las indicaciones por whatsapp, todo bastante sencillo para acceder adecuadamente. La habitación y baño estaban limpios, la cama y almohadas cómodas y no escuchamos ruidos por la noche. El desayuno disponible en la cocina compartida era sencillo pero suficiente.

Para una noche como fue nuestro caso o incluso un par de noches consideramos el alojamiento más que apropiado.

Relax e tranquillità a Warm Welcome Rooms

La stanza è molto pulita e accogliente, abbiamo riposato bene, il proprietario è stato molto gentile ad accogliere le nostre richieste di un letto extra e di un adattatore per la presa elettrica, la cucina offre una colazione leggera ma buona.

Ci vuole circa un'ora per raggiungere il centro in bus e il pavimento di legno che scricchiola quando si cammina

Fonctionnel et proche de l'aéroport

L'emplacement est intéressant car à la fois proche de l'aéroport (20mn) et du centre ville (20 mn en voiture mais plutôt 40 à 50 mn en transports. Il s'agit d'une maison individuelle dans un quartier de banlieue de Dublin. L'équipement est basique mais fonctionnel. La chambre est propre mais notre salle de bain aurait eu besoin d'un rafraichissement (humidité et robinets mal fixés). L'arrivée s'est faite en totale autonomie avec un keylock, explications claires et photos à l'appui. Parking "privatif" en fait deux places dédiées à la maison.

Le petit déjeuner est des plus basique (mais c'est effectivement annoncé light breakfast). L'accueil à distance, dommage pour un B&B ou on aime partager avec les hôtes. Le quartier était plutôt bruyant ce soir-là.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Tout était absolument parfait : l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté irréprochable des lieux, ainsi que la qualité des services proposés. Le personnel a été aux petits soins du début à la fin, toujours souriant et disponible. La chambre était confortable, calme et très bien équipée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’atmosphère conviviale et attentionnée qui règne dans l’établissement. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et n’hésiterai pas une seconde à revenir !

Wir hatten große Probleme, die Unterkunft zu finden, da es Nacht war und es zwei Häuser mit der selben Hausnummer und Straße gab. Nach einigen Anrufen beim Vermieter hat es dann doch letztendlich geklappt. Das Frühstück musste man selbst zubereiten in einer kleinen Küche, die Auswahl war eher mäßig.

La proximité de l'aéroport. Parfait si vous avez un vol tôt le matin. La possibilité de déjeuner tôt car une grande cuisine équipée est à disposition. La propreté. L'entrée dans les lieux se fait grâce aux instructions claires du propriétaire. Il est donc possible d'arriver tard le soir.

Habitación sencilla, confortable, tener en cuenta que era de 2 y pusieron una tercera cama, y no era un plegatin. Lo que se agradece. Cocina compartida, todo fácil, con lo necesario y con nevera para guardar tus cosas. Lavadora y secadora. Baño no muy grande pero con lo necesario, incluso con gel y champú. Barrio tranquilo, si se quiere con el autobús muy cerca para ir a Dublín. El anfitrión muy amable y solucionador rápido de incidencias. Precio - calidad muy recomendable para los precios que hay en Irlanda. Incluso tiene parking incluido.

Quizás por estar muy acostumbrada al silencio de mi casa, allí se escucha un poco los coches. Nada escandaloso. Y si tienes mucho que subir (no mi caso) no hay ascensor.

Sehr nahe am Flughafen gelegen und ruhig

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man am nächsten Morgen an den Flughafen muss. In der Nähe gibt es eine Bushalteestelle mit einem Bus, der Einen nach Dublin Downtown bringt. Auch der inkludierte Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch für einen Mietwagen.

Das Bett ist leider unbequem, sodass wir nicht gut geschlafen haben.
