Parfaite situation, hôte qui répondait rapidement et gentiment. La terrasse très agréable. Comme il faisait très beau, nous y avons mangé plusieurs fois à l'heure de midi.
Quelques équipements électriques sont un peu vétustes.

The living room was uncommonly spacious and decor throughout the apartment was lovely. The AC works very well and coffee on the terrace was particularly pleasant. We have been coming to Florence twice per year for 20 years. This is one of the best apartment we have stayed in.
The person delivering the keys seemed half-awake.
