L'emplacement, l'appartement spacieux, les lits confortables.

Le bouton pour ouvrir la porte du bas ne fonctionne pas. La bouilloire électrique n'a pas son socle donc ne fonctionne pas. Il faudrait au moins une casserole pour chauffer l'eau du thé.deux prises dans les chambres ne fonctionnent pas. Je signale ces problèmes qui me semblent faciles à régler pour que le séjour soit très agréable.

非常干净整洁。厨房设备和锅具都齐全。提供咖啡胶囊和糖。位置虽有些偏但也不远，走路去所有主要景点完全没有问题。火车站到这里就一辆车C2很方便。

窗外就是街道。摩托车，公共汽车的声音有点吵，最好带上耳塞。

The location was great. Not too far from a coffee shop and grocery store. Short walk to the main part of downtown area and Duomo. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Liked the easy check-in and access to the apartment.

Communication with the owners was difficult. We had issues with a broken washing machine. Our clothes was stuck in the machine and we couldn't get it out. The machine wouldn't drain. The only thing I heard back (after I sent several messages) was, "we're waiting to hear from the service man". The next day I waited for a response but didn't hear anything until I asked again. In the end, we spent a whole day washing our clothes at a nearby laundromat. We got reimbursed but wasted a whole day when we had planned on getting the washing done at the apartment. More annoying was the lack of effective communication.

L’appartamento si trova a soli cinque minuti a piedi dal centro, quindi molto comodo. È ampio, luminoso e tranquillo. La cucina è piccola, ma sufficiente per un breve soggiorno.

I vetri delle finestre non isolano bene dai rumori, quindi di notte si sente tutto ciò che succede in strada. Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo.
