Location, comfort, size fit our group of four. The management people were responsive. Having the outdoor seating space was nice. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine and the two bottles of water in the fridge.
The washer did give a good rinse cycle. It could have been us not understanding the buttons. But we had to hand twist our clothes to get them dry enough to dry!
With 4 people a little more toilet tissue would have been nice.
I understand security but you check in system was intense. But I do understand in this political climate one must be careful of who stays in your properties.

The location of the property is very good, close to the centre and easy to get around. The apartment is in a beautiful old building that adds to the experience.
I know it has been mentioned that you go through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom, which in my opinion, is only good for a family with young children otherwise great for a couple. Kitchen is a bit outdated and not well stocked. A little bit of more information on the apartment such as the bin recycling or how to operate the washing machine might be useful.

We struggled with getting the codes for the doors but the owner answered quickly on booking.com messages. Also on the intercom outside the apartment. Very helpful.
Could have done with new pillows as they were slightly lumpy but overall comfy beds. Also could have done with new towels. They were perfectly clean but just looked like they could do with replacing. No big deal!!

Location
Annoying messaging from the host, checkin procedure with IDs, Selfies with IDs; sending passport copies after the checkin; arrival and departure time request; sending code, etc. Annoying notes what is prohibited, and strictly prohibited. Garbage should be collected and brought to the city garbage bins.
There are two rooms, one close to the bathroom, from the other you need to pass through the entrance/kitchen and the first room, which is not nice.
