The property was perfect, clean and even better than expected. The host, Paolo, was welcoming and super helpful even carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. Nothing was too much trouble for them

All was pretty perfect, very friendly host greeted us personally & lived above the apartment, so available when needed. The apartment was really nice with all amenities one could hope for. The bed was perfect with memory foam mattress and pillows. Location convenient, walking distance from the old town attractions. Coop just opposite side of the street. Firenze was a beautiful, historic, place. 👍❤️☀️
