It was very clean, the housekeeper was very friendly and kept asking if I needed anything else, the location was good especially for people who are used to being in Florence, for daily necessities like groceries or coffee or medicine everything was nearby. The bed is comfortable and the location is safe.
Even though the room was in the 1st floor, the stairs were quite long and there is no lift, which doesn’t come handy when lifting luggages, plus the AC does not work on the cooling mode it worked only as a fan even with the help of the housekeeper( it probably got fixed since my stay was in the last week of may). And it takes between 15-30min to go the center by foot which is fine for me especially with the beautiful view and weather.

Sono venuto a Firenze per andare ad un concerto al palazzetto. Ho scelto questa casa per la ottima posizione in mezzo tra centro storico e zona stadio. Soggiorno durato 2 notti, mai usata la macchina.
L'unica pecca che si può trovare è l'insonorizzazione dei muti dalle altre stanze adiacenti. Niente di grave però, si sente solo qualche rumore ma tutto nella norma

The room was very clean, the host was easy to reach and answered all our questions. There is a kitchenette at the apartment, which is comfortable and useful. The bed was also very comfortable.
It is a little far from the main attractions, it is a 25-minutes walk to the train station. Further, the private bathroom is outside of the room in a shared environment in front of the stairs which is uncomfortable. Also there is no individual air conditioner or fan in the room and we had to open the windows. The next day the room was full os mosquitoes.
