A good place to stay with a group of 6
It is near to the city center. The size of the apartment is good enough for 6 people. We were fascinated bh the art in the ceiling.
We paid extra 40 euro for the parking. I thought parking was included in the price that we paid.

Wonderful apartment with plenty of room for all!
Nice apartment with plenty of beds for everyone. Nice size fridge and the heat worked very well. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower and plenty of towels for our stay.
It would be super helpful to have a washer/dryer in the apartment OR directions of where a close location is to do laundry. Kitchen towels are needed as we could not find any in the apartment. The wifi never worked well for us, it would connect but not actually function well enough for us to use it.

Great location, close to everything.
The apartment was spacious.
Staff on premises was helpful.
There were a few kitchen items that were not available (I.e kettle, microwave, kitchen cloths) which could make our stay more comfortable.
All of the duvets had no covers on nor no duvet covers were available.
The bathroom on the ground floor had no shower door where the floor was full of water after using it.
In the bathroom on the "Basement level", a socket near the basin was broken (hanging from the wall) which was a safety hazard since there were kids.

All in all good
The accommodation was in a good location close to the city center.
However, the beds were very squeaky and saggy, there was a smell of gas even when it was turned off, and you could hear a lot from the neighboring rooms – which is somewhat understandable considering the age of the building. What really disappointed us was the parking – it was the main reason we chose this accommodation, and only after we had paid did we find out that parking there is almost impossible

A nice place for a short stay
The location was great as most of the sightseeing was around a 25 minute walk. The bathrooms were spacious as were the bedrooms and living area.
There were no hooks or rails to hang towels and though there were no washing facilities it would have been handy to have an iron and ironing board as generally items need to be ironed when travelling. We took our washing to a laundromat which unfortunately takes time away from sightseeing. Also, if you have issues with stairs, then this is probably not the place for you because though the apartment is on the ground floor, the bedrooms are either upstairs on in the basement.

Cool Old School Loft in Florence
Communication with the host was excellent, especially since the booking was made at the very last minute. The host met us at the apartment to drop off keys, and it was very convenient that I could pay the city tax with the card. The apartment was large and spacious. There is good access to buses, and it takes approximately 15 minutes to get to and from the Santa Maria train station. The air conditioning in the apartment works well, and the dining area was great for eating and working.
This apartment is also about a 15-minute walk to the main attractions in Florence.
Another cool thing is that the ceiling above the bed seems to have what looks like old frescos from when this apartment was a house.
Being a loft and having a bedroom above and a bathroom below was annoying, especially trying to walk down the stairs in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom

1 sofa for 6 people.Very small living area. Too many stairs, bathtub needs a non slip mat, also the walk in ahower has a slippery floor,it's very unsafe. TV didn't work it was all poor reception lines through it and finally stopped working all together.

Very helpful and accommodating staff, great location and good amount of bathrooms.
The smell of sewage in the basement rooms was disgusting and basically nothing could be done about it. No air conditioning in the basement rooms and no windows.

A FANTASTIC BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN THE CENTRE OF OLD FIRENZE!
Such a beautiful apartment/ Duplex! Very modern and stylish decorated with a beautiful "old" ceiling, in the centre of historic Firenze, only 7 minutes walking to the Ponte Vecchio. We were 6 people (adults) and there was a lot of space. The young woman who received us in the apartment was lovely, very helpful.
Everything was great! Can't complain about anything here in this lovely apartment!

The pictures do not correspond to reality

We booked the apartment for 8 persons and the pictures shown on booking had nothing to do with how the apartment really looked like and it was very overrated for the price paid and the reviews given until now
- Most of the pictures are probably very old, when the building was firstly renovated and they did not include real pictures from the apartment with 3 bedrooms that we booked.
- the apartment was partially underground (2 bedrooms were in the basement, with a very small window at the sidewalk level of the street, with no sunlight, without the possibility of getting some fresh air and a permanent car noise during the night).
- no curtains
- one of the bedrooms had a constant smell of sewarage and noise of water passing through the pipe from the ceiling and the other one mold present
- The third bedroom was at the attic and it did not have a door, it was an opened space with the living room
- the living room itself was very different from the pictures advertised, too small for 8 persons and with no natural light and only one window which was facing an abandoned building outside with a strong smell of mold.
- One of the bathrooms had mold and holes on the wall from the shower.
- The whole apartment had very dirty walls, which looked like at least 10 years old since the last renovation
- the floors were dirty and full of dust (it looked like no cleaning was made since at least 1 month)
- no covid regulations in place (no hand sanitizers, no fresh air possible due to the lack of windows).
- the sofa and the armchairs were stained
- no pillow for the sofa
- dark bedrooms
- the blankets were not dressed in sheets
- only one TV in the small living all
Overall, it felt like an old underground apartment with price of a 4 stars hotel.

Very comfortable and realy appreciate the kindness and hospitality of our host, Luca.
Love the bathrooms. Great to have a bath tub and a very comfortable bathroom that is well equipped with towels and amenities.. Our host is great.. very helpful and made it easier for us , especially when we have a flight to catch early in AM.
We have very comfortable stay.. we will not hesitate to come back next time we go back to Florence.

Exceptional
I stayed there with my two kids. This was by far their favorite place to stay. It has 3 levels and it is very big. It is a easy walk to the main attractions. It was very clean and well stock. Also it has 3 bathrooms. Will stay here again.

the bedrooms were all very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. air con was just what was needed , its extremely hot outside . the apartment had everything you needed . except an iron and ironing board . it was in the perfect location for sight seeing . walking distance to everything . lovely cafe and restaurants all walking distance . even tho being on a main road ,could hardly hear any traffic noise .

The host didn’t meet us as advised and left us waiting outside on two different occasions to enter the property.
The only way we got check in details was when I called him, if I didn’t have the ability to do that I’m not sure how we would have entered.

Huge and clean appartments at Florence
-Great place for families, big and clean rooms.
-Buen lugar para hospedarse en familia, cuartos grandes y limpios.
-For the first days the didnt give us the room we booked through booking. That was solved after we communicated with the host and we were kindly moved.

spacious, beautiful, good air conditioning, nice bathrooms, convenient to good public parking. we ate in the neighborhood at local restaurants - not touristy! easy check- in and check-out!

Fabulous apartment, comfortable stay- ideal for family with older children
Loved the layout of our two bed apartment and the mezanine floor- perfect for a family with older kids.
Location is a 15 min walk from main centre which wasn't a problem for us, but some people may want to be closer, although it would be hard to get that space, imho
As mentioned- location for some may not be in the heart of the centre. Also the parking charge was quite high @ 20 euros per night
