Excellent location bit a bit noisy at night.

The man who greeted us (Oliver?) was very pleasant and throughly made sure we understood all the keys to the place. Most places we went was walkable and there is a bus system right out front. Only downside was no where to store your luggage on the day you check out and stowing place to pay was closed the day we checked out.

Nice apartment but uncomfortable bed.

The location of the flat is very nice. Not directly in the city center but we could explore the majority of the city by foot.
The flat itself has issues. Many thinks are slightly broken or missing.
Communication worked but could have been more proactive and detailed.
We only stayed for one night and I’m happy about it.
