Functional basic self catering apartment which could sleep 4. Appropriate for a family on a budget.

Breakfast was not included. It was self catering.

The rooms were tired. We were told we needed to get the keys between 3 and 6pm. When we arrived some of the curtains were hanging off the rail. The grouting around the tiles were stained. It felt a little dark. I got confused about paying the tax and then needed to use paypal or an IBAN number to do it.

Great location and spacious

Spacious, very clean, antique themed walking distance to major attractions and quiet at night. Air conditioned in both rooms worked very well. Provided all one expects for an apartment like

Windows do not close, luckily there was no mosquitoes. The mattress was too soft, lacked support, woke up with lower back pain, but this is my problem.

Charming little place in the heart of Florence

We stayed at Evaluna apartments for two nights and loved our stay! The location is fantastic as it is very close to restaurants and street markets. There is also a bus stop right outside the building, which is very convenient for travelling around the city and to Firenze SMN station, as well as to Piazza Michelangelo, a popular spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. The apartment was well-decorated and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the little window in the bedroom facing the Duomo.

We had a hard time finding the building as the directions were communicated quite late by the host. It would be very helpful if the exact locations and nearby landmarks were shared ahead of time, so it's easier to locate the property. We also had a little ant problem in the kitchen area (there were many!) There was a large TV in the living room, but it's a shame it didn't work. I messaged the host several times, but despite being helpful for other things, he didn't respond to any questions related to the TV. The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade and better lighting. Our apartment was a loft and had a staircase (which we weren't aware of before). We loved it, but it could be an issue for someone visiting with small children or other mobility needs. We also booked another apartment for family travelling with us, and they did not have a great experience due to the apartment and furniture being very outdated. So, if you are booking this place, do check which apartment you are getting, as there are four apartments, each presumably in a very different condition.

Casa grande e affaccio panoramico. Situata in punto strategico.

Non ho visto nessuno per il check in, tutto gestito telefonicamente. Casa molto bella ma scarsa nella pulizia e un po' trasandata, non curata.

In generale tutto ok

Appartamento molto grande e vista di Firenze meravigliosa. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

La sera faceva molto freddo (proprio per la grandezza dell’appartamento) e i riscaldamenti non si accendevano, speravamo in coperte ulteriori ma non erano presenti. L’accesso alla struttura è risultato un po’ macchinoso e purtroppo non ci sono state date informazioni precise e ulteriori prima del check in.

Il proprietario è simpatico, molto cordiale e disponibile. Appartamento molto spazioso, camere ampie e pulite, posizione ottima. La vista dal balconcino su Firenze è impagabile. Facile da raggiungere in auto, è in centro e il Duomo è a 5 minuti a piedi. Sotto casa c'è la fermata del bus che attraversa il centro città ed è molto comodo.

Il bagno ha bisogno di un po' più manutenzione e occorrerebbero delle coperte per la mezza stagione. Per il resto tutto molto curato e in ordine.

Le canapé lit est défoncé la barre de fer au milieu du dos toute la nuit. la Clim de la chambre fuit et le plâtre tombe. La Clim du salon climatisé l’escalier et pas le salon. Obligé d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir un semblant de frais. La cafetière pas nettoyée il y avait du café sec à sortir avec un couteau. Les gens avant nous ont fait du café sans le filtre. Le sol collé aux semelles. L’antenne télé est coupée en deux et pend derrière la télé

Un saut en Florence

Les instructions qu'on a reçues étaient claires. L' emplacement de l' appartement était parfait pour nous(on est resté 2 nuits) Le soir c'était un peu bruyant mais après minuit calme donc c'est normal. Il y avait des places pour se garer (zone bleue). Les chambres étaient grandes et soigneusement décorées. Les draps et les serviettes étaient blanc et propres . On peut que recommander.

La cuisine.... Besoin de rafraîchissement peut être nettoyer mieux et mettre quelques verres, cuillères etc . Sinon pour 2-3 jours c'est très bien 😊

La cupola in casa

Posizione perfetta, in un quartiere vivace della città, non molto distante dal centro. Camere spaziose e pulite, Oltre alla vista incredibile della cupola dalla stanza più alta dell'appartamento, che è impagabile! 😍
