Appartamento ristrutturato con grande attenzione e dotato di tutti i comfort; all'interno di palazzo non di lusso; camere molto spaziose (una delle quali con bagno privato) e bellissima zona giorno con cucina attrezzata, tavolo da pranzo e grande divano. Smart TV in tutti gli ambienti. Silenziosissimo sebbene al piano terra e con affacci delle camere sulla strada (per la verità non molto trafficata).
L'androne d'ingresso non lascia intuire la bellezza ed il comfort dell'appartamento, cui si accede però subito dopo il portone principale. La zona giorno si affaccia su un cortiletto interno in comune con altri appartamenti, la cui cura potrebbe essere migliorata. Ma ovviamente si tratta di dettagli trascurabili.

La atención de la host, la respuesta rapida, los detalles y el buen estado del apartamento, era antiguo pero con un toque moderno, muy bonito
Lo unico es el pago del impuesto final, porque a veces no se maneja efectivo, sin embargo no es nada.
