I had difficulty with e the key from the lock box. Someone was sent immediately to help us enter . No problems after that so very appreciative!
This was a lively area, friendly . nice , somewhat loud at night.

Comfortable and spacious apartment in a lively part of town, but the noise from young people enjoying themselves late didn't bother us at all.
Not hugely inconvenient but a second set of door keys would have been useful

В целом жилье очень достойное, есть все для комфортного проживания, рядом супермаркет, в шаговой доступности достопримечательности. Есть отопление, но ждать прогрева пришлось около суток, зато потом 9 дней проблем никаких!. Чистое белье, полотенца и т.д. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Владельцам желательно заранее предупреждать, что есть две улицы Кроче (Санта-Кроче и Ла-Кроче). Один раз вечером в начале проживания перепутали адрес. Удобно для большой компании: есть отдельные спальни, два санузла, общее пространство.
Шумная улица, для некоторых розеток нужен переходник.

La posizione è buona, a 5 minuti dal Duomo come indicato nella descrizione - l'alloggio è accogliente e vivibile per sei persone - apprezzabile il piccolo terrazzino - La vicinanza delle fermate del bus sono comode per trasferirsi alla stazione con i bagagli
la descrizione dell'alloggio elencava due bagni - in realtà c'era un bagno con doccia e un gabinetto con un lavabo di 30 cm!!! (vedi foto) - l'asciuga capelli c'è ma non si è potuto utilizzare perché l'adattatore da presa italiana a tedesca non poteva essere inserito nella presa al muro causa il passo delle spine. Segnalato all'host, non ha provveduto - Le scale di accesso all'alloggio erano molto sporche - le padelle della cucina erano piccole per 6 persone
