The location was really nice. We liked having a washing machine. The main bed was comfortable. it’s a spacious place.
This property is managed by a big company. We walked into the office and there were so many keys. They took our information and then they never had any contact with us again even though I messaged them 3 times with questions about check out. The facility badly needs TLC. The shower is super tiny! They gave us little soaps that were broken and pieces came out like crumbs. The shower doesn’t drain. The toilet flush button is partially broken (the smaller button). It would be nice if you put in a coffee machine maybe? The entry is disgusting. Cockroaches in the corner. Plaster has fallen on a couch. There’s a painting that has been destroyed possibly by water. Mildew smell in entry. Smudges on windows. This place could be so nice if you put some time and money into it.
