Our family of 5 plus 2 friends stayed and there was a perfect amount of space. We have stayed in this neighborhood many times and the location cannot be better. This property had one of the best backyards with space to actually sit around the pool area. The screened in porch was also a favorite for our group. Walk to beach was short and direct to boardwalk. We loved the bikes and rode into water color every morning (before it got hot), was such a nice part of trip. I do cook most meals and I found the property to be lacking in some supplies especially utensils (not 1 spatula) I was able to improvise and it in no away affected our stay. We found the property managers to be responsive and I have full confidence that they will get some more utensils in the kitchen after reading this.

The property is a quite dated and could certainly use new doors/trim, decking, plumbing, etc. Those were the only drawbacks. The pool was in excellent shape (very clean), and there is plenty of shade in the pool area. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Most importantly, the AC worked great as well as all the other appliances. Even though the property trim is outdated, the price cannot be beat.
