Check in very poor. Location great, apartment very good

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and central train station, many restaurants, even a BK, lots of Christmas markets at the time we visited (December). Property very clean, spacious enough for a 4 day City break, small kitchen area with a two hob cooker, pod coffee machine, decent WiFi, elevator. Disabled accessibility, not needed personally, but worth noting.

Check in was from 3pm, myself and another family waiting outside for an hour, contact number went straight to voicemail message to say mailbox full, had to go through booking.com, who were very helpful

Fantastic location right in the heart of everything. A whole array of bars and restaurants within minutes and the train station is a mere 10 minute walk away. Lovely piano bar beneath(where you pick up the door key from). Spacious apartment with small kitchenette and very good price for its location and size

I didn't cause me any concerns but the bed quilt is too small for the double bed and there is no remote control for the TV. So if you plan to stay in and watch TV you'll be disappointed.

It was in the city Center, very close to the train station

It was not clean. The bead sheets had blood stain and the toilet wall were dirty also the shower had mould on the edges. Looks like the person stayed before me used the kettle to make coffee, it was not washed when I wanted to use it.

Location is great. You can walk to many attractions.

There is no Air conditioning. You have to open the window to let the air in. The area is extremely noise. The downstairs piano bar opens until 4am everyday. You cannot have a rest at night staying here. The shower is very small and the door doesn’t close properly. The internet is not properly set up for the TV. I reached out twice and no one responded.

Not worth it for the price

Linda is very nice and approachable. The location is also great, as it is very accessible to all the tourist attractions.

We waited too long for our key cards. We checked in late for the agreed check in time, we were all exhausted. We wasted 3 hours. The cleaner doesn’t speak English or Deutsch we have a little language barrier. The rooms were quite dusty. Don’t have even slippers. In the toilet there’s only hand soap and towels. There were only 3 pillows for four person. Very pricey.

Fantastic location and beautiful penthouse with bonus rooftop terrace.

Location and responsiveness. We booked and arrived within 1/2 hour. Although no reception desk, we were well taken care of including requests for water and fan immediately fulfilled.

if you want a place to sleep then come here, but be prepared for blackswans events.

The staff are friendly. The location is good.

1. no hairdryer. 2. they didn't tell you how to lock the door and unlock yourself inside (press the black button) 3. no one told you where to get the key (they came out to meet me when i was looking for entrance) 4. shampoo and bodywash were at one bottle but i doubt if it was truly for both.

Great location and noisy at night

The location is superb. Could not be better for walking Zürich. The room was clean and comfortable.

The noise from the bars on the street made it difficult to sleep even with ear plugs. When I arrived there was no one at the Splendid Bar to give me a key even though I had provided my arrival time as requested months in advance, and the property manager did not return multiple messages or phone calls.

Very central, two steps from the railway station, practically on the lakefront, well furnished and thoughtfully equipped for self-catering (thank you, Linda!). Live piano bar downstairs.

On some nights life outside the bar may become just too lively.

Όλα καινούρια. Σε καλή τοποθεσία. Όχι πολύ μεγάλο αλλά δεν έλειπε τίποτα!

Δυστυχώς ο/η οικοδεσπότης δεν απάντησε σε κανένα από τα μηνύματα που στείλαμε. Ως αποτέλεσμα ψάχναμε την ειδοσο και έπειτα ένα αίτημα μας δεν απαντήθηκε ποτέ. Επίσης το στρώμα του κρεβατιού είχε κλήση με αποτέλεσμα να κάνει τον ύπνο μας δύσκολο. Υπήρξε ενα περιστατικό κατά την διάρκεια της νύχτας όπου κάποιος προσπάθησε να μπει στο δωμάτιο μας(ευτυχώς η πόρτα ήταν κλειδωμένη).

Appartamento confortevole e posizione eccellente

La gentilezza del Personale (Monica e la signora colombiana) che dopo il check out ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al bar e di riprenderli al nostro ritorno. Letto comodissimo, abbiamo dormito benissimo e posizione perfetta per visitare il centro e a 7-8 minuti dalla stazione.

Hôtel simple et fonctionnel dans un quartier central très bien desservi.

Situation dans la ville. Propreté. La chambre est simple, très bien insonorisée et fonctionnelle .

La réception est inexistante. alors même que nous avions prévenu de notre heure d’arrivée et qu’aucune information contraire ne nous avait été donnée sur cet horaire, nous avons trouvé porte close, avons attendu 45minutes dehors et n’avons pu déposer nos bagages que grâce à 2 clients qui ont pu contacter la femme de ménage qui, obligeamment nous a accueillis. D’autres clients ont connu avec nous la même mésaventure , il faut donc que l’hôtel mette fin à cette situation.

Es wurde kein Frühstück offeriert. Die Lage ist perfekt und mit der Schlüsselkarte hat alles gut funktioniert.

Der Zugang zum Bett auf der einen Seite war sehr eng, vor allem nachts wenn man auf's WC gehen muss.

Super Lage, sehr sauber, neu und komfortabel.

Es war alles sehr sauber und neu. Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet. Ich habe mich sehr über den Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine gefreut. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Check-In und Check-Out war sehr unkompliziert. Gute Lage. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gerne wieder.

Gute Lage im Altstadtzentrum, etwas hellhörig aber die Sauberkeit ist ok.

Sehr zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal beim Check-In, Lift vorhanden & praktische Schlüsselkarte. Das Bett und die Gebrauchsgegenstände/Möbel waren sauber und ordentlich.

Für ein Hotelzimmer hätte ich mir noch etwas mehr Sauberkeit im Raum allgemein gewünscht. Z.B. die Rückwand der Küchenablage, Steckdose (genutzt um das Smartphone aufzuladen) staubig-dreckig und sichtbare grosse Spinnweben an der Wand. Das Bett & die Bettwäsche waren aber in Ordnung. Mitten in der Nacht hat man bei geschlossenem Fenster Musik/Bass gehört. Nicht laut, aber doch gut hörbar. Ich schlafe gut, bin dann nach einer Weile wieder eingeschlafen. Für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf würde ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Está al centre

Falten coses a la cuina, el bany no te secador de cabells, el matalás no estava en perfectes condicións, no hi ha aire acondicionat i al estiu fa calor pues les finestres s'han de tancar ja que al carrer hi han molts bars i sorolls. El propietari va trigar mes d'una hora per donar-nos la clau.

Fatal dos noches de muy mal gusto .

Fatal , la anfitriona tiene un bar abajo del hotel , todo se escucha hasta la habitación no se puede dormir tranquilo , personas tomadas hasta las 4 am tomando licor y pegando gritos . Un calor horrible , no tiene abanico ni aire acondicionado, si cierro la ventanas se ahoga uno de calor , y si las abro se escucha todo el escándalo de afuera.

Excelente lugar para estar cómodos y disfrutar la ciudad.

La mejor habitación que he tenido hasta ahora, amplia y cómoda, limpia y ordenada, se llega fácil desde la estación de tren de la ciudad, está cerca de todo, de ahí me fui caminando al Landesmuseum Zürich, que está a un lado de la estación del tren, al Kunsthaus Zürich o al de la FIFA, en fin, todo cerca, tiene una pequeña cocineta con todo lo necesario para hacerte tu comida ahí o un café.

Todo me gustó de este hotel.

Buena ubicación pero muy mal servicio y falta de higiene

Tiene muy buena ubicación y el check in es simple, el chico que atiende allí es muy amable

Pedimos un cambio de fecha porque había disponibilidad, nos dijo que si pero nunca lo aplicó. Luego nos mandaba hablar con booking. Terminamos aceptando el día inicial pero cuando llegamos el apto no solo tenía mucho olor a cigarro e incluso habían cenizas en el sillón. Sino que lo acondicionaron para una persona cuando éramos dos: solo una almohada, solo una toalla. Estuvimos una hora y decidimos irnos! La dueña es muy poco amable. A diferencia del chico que te recibe que es muy atento!

La lumière de lit ne fonctionnait pas, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre grand donc pas d'accès aux volets, rideaux occultants cassés, une seule serviette de bain

Das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage (oder wir haben es nicht rausgefunden). Das Wetter war sehr heiß und im Zimmer war entsprechend etwas zu warm.
