    The staff were abrupt but maybe that's just Zurich. The room was fine. You had to duck under a rafter to get in the shower. The off putting part was the large clumps of hair on the pillow. Breakfast was included.

    The location of this hotel is fantastic! We arrived from Barcelona early and although our room was not ready, the nice gentleman at the hotel, stored our luggage and my husband and I went out to enjoy Zurich. The room is basic but it has everything that you need, from hot water, clean towels and sheets. The bed was comfortable and we were neither cold or hot. The wifi was fast and we also had a lovely view from the window. Will def stazy here again!

    Great location, it’s an old buiding, there’s no lobby, they make you use the back door to go in and out since it’s also a steakhouse. The stairs are precarious and elevator is small, to be expected, breakfast was limited, but enough to fill you. The location is great, you can purchase a tram ride only 3 mins away from the train station, you can walk around and enjoy being in old town. The room was small, but cozy and clean. If you leave your window open at night it’s very noisy with people socializing down below near the bars.
