Great apartment for a short or longer stay!

Spacious, well decorated apartment with all the facilities you need. We were welcomed with a nice little bottle of red wine and some sparkling water ready in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Short walk to the city centre for restaurants and shopping. We managed to get a free park right next to the building but that was just lucky.

A wonderful apartment for an incredible value with an attentive host available to answer any questions.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, we loved it immediately. Complimentary wine and bottled water were just the finishing touches to a wonderful stay. Lastly, the value could not be overstated. Do yourself a favor, skip the chain hotels and book this apartment. Perfect for our family of four.

A Convenient place to stay in Kaiserslautern

The host provided excellent communication all throughout the booking and arrival instructions. I will say I was a little skeptical when I parked in front of a casino. The property exterior is very depressing and needs maintenance, but inside the apartment is very nice.

Two things: 1) A safety concern I have is the slippery floor in the shower. This is a potential accident and it could be prevented if the host provides some type of anti-slip surface and some handles to hold onto. 2) A minor issue but it could have been prevented. We parked the car in the basement paid parking. Keys are needed to access the location, but when we checked out we left the keys in the apartment, as the instructions and host told us to, but then we could not get into the parking area to our car. Eventually another tenant came out and we got in, but this might be a point to communicate to future guests. If I had known this I would have moved my car out before check out.

Comfortable, spacious, well appointed apartment

What did I like? Everything. From the warm welcome from the very helpful Mrs Mangold to the beautifully decorated, spacious apartment, with very comfortable bed. We especially appreciated the provision of tea, coffee, water etc and the secure, locked underground garage

What don't I like? Giving a good review may mean it's fully booked next time we want to stay again!

Für unseren Kurztrip nach Kaiserslautern hat alles gut gepasst

Das Apartment liegt in einem Hochhaus an einer großen Ausfallstraße. Es ist sehr gut, sauber und modern eingerichtet und bietet von der Ausstattung her alles, was man auch als anspruchsvoller Gast braucht. Schlüsselübergabe war nett und unkompliziert, auch eine kurze Rückfrage zum Thema Parken wurde nett und problemlos telefonisch mit der Vermieterin geklärt. In Fußentfernung sind einige Supermärkte, wo man sich gut mit Lebensmitteln eindecken kann, in einem (Wasgau) gibt es auch regionale Spezialitäten und einen sehr guten Bäcker. Kaffee, Tee etc. reichlich in der Küche vorhanden, auch ein Wein und Wasser standen im Kühlschrank. Wir waren hauptsächlich wegen eines Fußball-Länderspiels da, man kann das Stadion sogar von der Unterkunft aus sehen. Hin sind wir mit dem Taxi gefahren, zurück zu Fuß war es ein Spaziergang von gut 30 Minuten, also auch durchaus machbar. Die Innenstadt liegt in noch kürzerer Fußentfernung. Im Haus war es trotz der vielen Mietparteien abends und nachts sehr ruhig und auch die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert, jetzt im Winter hatten wir sie kaum geöffnet. Wenn sie auf sind, hört man natürlich schon ein gewisses Grundrauschen von der Straße her, insofern wäre es im Sommer vielleicht empfehlenswert, kräftig zu lüften, aber dann zum Schlafen die Fenster wieder zu schließen.

Die Aufzüge in dem Hochhaus sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt in einer tollen Unterkunft, die wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder buch

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung war tip-top, es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht - sogar mehr als erwartet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr freundliche und herzliche Empfang, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat - alles war perfekt.
