Bed comfortable. Kitchen good. Nice to have some coffee and tea Table and chairs ok. Thechair in bedroom comfortable. Would have been nice to have another normal size chair (not as high as chairs by table) or table and chairs at standard height. Overall, very comfortable. Great place for a stay in Kaiserslautern!

Very convenient location in walking distance of the train station. The rooms were large and very clean. Host was very communicative and hospitable! We were pleasantly surprised that the double bed was actually a king-size bed (two twins together).

We would have liked body wash or soap for the shower. (There was only shampoo and conditioner.)

pleasant stay

The location is within walking distance to the trains station and the city centre. The apartment is clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but it was clean with some drinks available. Collecting the key and communication with the host were easy.

The floor of my room was with wood, and it was making noises when I was walking in some parts of the room. Not an issue in general, but the noise is noticeable at night when it is very quiet.

Würde definitiv wiederkommen :)

Schönes Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile (Waschbecken, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Minikühlschrank) und einer Gemeinschaftsküche (mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirr und Besteck, Gefrierschrank und großem Kühlschrank mit Getränken zum Kauf) im Erdgeschoss. Es gab Bettwäsche, Handtücher und ein kleines Willkommenskörbchen mit Hausschuhen, Wasser und ein paar Infobroschüren. Die Fenster haben Rollos, so dass mans Nachts schön dunkel hat. Ein Ventilator ist auch da, ebenso ein Tisch mit Stühlen, ein kleiner Schrank und ein modernes Bad mit Dusche, Shampoo/Duschbad. Mein Aufenthalt konnte problemlos verlängert werden. Sehr netter, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Einziger Minuspunkt ist für mich die Geräuschkulisse. Die Dielen knarzen bei jedem Schritt und die Wände sind wohl recht dünn. Man hört ALLES von den 2 Nachbarappartments. Dafür scheinen aber die Fenster recht gut zu sein. Straßenlärm gibt es keinen.

Nicht nochmal

Das Klopapier war hochwertig, es gab Cafe, ich kam wie in der Beschreibung in das gemietete Apartment.

Dreckige und kaputte Bettlaken, zahnpastaspritzer an der Badwand, Heizung startete erst 7 uhr morgens Nachts über war es kalt, in der Früh kein warmes Wasser im Badezimmer, kein funktionierendes Nachtlicht-also am Nachtschränkchen, Tasse im Schrank war total dreckig- ich bin einmal mit dem Schwamm hinein und es war somit weg- also kein festsetzender schmutz, Löcher in der Wand, sehr unpersönlich und lieblos.

Fabelhaft

Ich war absolut begeistert von der Unterkunft! Alles war sehr sauber, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die durchdachten Details: eine hervorragende Dusche, eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads sowie kleine Küchenutensilien wie Gewürze, Zucker, Öl usw., sodass man sogar richtig hätte kochen können. Zusätzlich gab es Bademantel und Pantoffeln – das hat echtes Hotelgefühl vermittelt. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert und der Gastgeber war professionell, freundlich und zuverlässig. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ganz klar 5 Sterne!

Die freundlichen und modernen Zimmer. Sehr ruhig, trotz Straße. Unkomplizierter Check In. Ausstattung. Kommunikation mit Basti, schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tipps zum Parken am Stadtpark.

Badboden war leider etwas demoliert (Zi5) und die Türe zum Flur durch einen Spalt nicht ganz lichtdicht.
