It needs to be removed from the booking website. Leave you all with a bad name

This was false advertisement nothing is like the picture it is not a simmer it’s a room with a shared bathroom that do not lock The place smells awful walls are pilling furniture pilling beds dirty towels and sheets old and dirty the place is not safe the front door to the building don’t close meaning any one can enter at any time the worst experience ever. I did not stay at all I returned the key and asked for my money back and of course there is no response from the owners

it was cheap, but at a terrible cost to health and wellness.

We didn't like anything

The outlets were hanging by two wires from wall, the bathroom was shared by the whole floor, and we ended up with bed bugs -two came out of the bed and one crawled into my wallet- so we had to leave. Didn't get to sleep even one of the two nights we paid for. And when we left, we found a new key already placed in lockbox that someone could take and get into our room with. Plus the doors' locks were barely even held together.

Overall the stay was very good. The owner and his staff were very professional and helpful.

Location was perfect. Everything I needed was on walking distance.

Avoid! Avoid!Avoid! I have never seen such disrespectful customer service.

This place is just a mass!! Dirty, stinky and totally unorganised! Everything is old, shabby, very worn out. Even most of the cheapest hostels are in top condition!When you check in, you need to take your key from the safe. And they are just piled up and almost all are not signed!!!! We just picked up one of the keys that fit one of the rooms! We had nowhere to go because it was already around midnight. And it was the second accommodation we booked with the same host!! We couldn't get into the first acconodation at all! The owner didn't answer my calls or texts. He wrote to me in the application only the next day to find out which room we were settled in !!!!! The insanity of this situation is simply overwhelming. A person has absolutely no control over the process and does not even do the minimum of what he is obliged to do!!!

Unfortunately, my stay at this accommodation was not as pleasant as I had hoped. When I entered the room, I was hit by an overpowering smell that made it difficult to stay there. It appeared that the source of the odor was the toilet located in the room. While I understand that having a toilet in the room may be convenient, it was unacceptable that no air freshener or any other means of mitigating the smell was provided. It felt like I had spent the night in a septic tank. Additionally, I had to cut my trip short and leave earlier than planned due to my discomfort in the room. I couldn't afford to spend another night there and decided to leave after the program I was attending ended. It's disappointing that I wasn't able to explore the city as planned, and I hope that the owner takes steps to address these issues for future guests.

Totally not worth it

Key-access, good Wi-Fi, Clothes rack (1x), comfy bed. big room, clean towels, sockets near the bed, enough heat

I stood at this location 2 years ago (search my recension) when the whole place was a construction site. Not so many changes since last time. In the room the floor was quite sticky and was particular smell in the room. (like somebody smoked inside, years and years). I have made some pictures regarding the garden view :) . The walls were dirty and all over the number 187 was written (on the walls, table etc). Somebody forgot some post-it on the wall. Strange and scary picture on the wall together with a very bad and low light

Cheap but not worth it

Did not enjoy this experience at all. As it was cheap I did not have high expectations but was worse than I anticipated. Location difficult to find on foot. Late night arrival, felt very uncomfortable walking through the area. Building dilapitated, lighting poor, door locks ancient, most of the sockets in the room were broken, pulled from wall. Furniture also in a poor state. A broken floor lamp left in the corner. Curtains filthy. Bathroom also unsavoury and well used. On the positive side the proprietor responded quickly when I had problems with the code to get the key and was friendly.

Nice place, just a bed and closet but centrally located

Stay at the Ramstein place which is a lot nicer then Kaiserslautern He was able to move to Zimmer in Ramstein which was nice. The share kitchen was great and had everything.

Comfy bed, enough heat very good Wi-Fi. Big and tall room with a street view. I like it very much. Was one paint on the wall and TV was one of a kind. Location was good, 5 min to "everything" (shops, taxi, stiftplaz etc.)

The whole "hotel" is a construction site. Cement, tools, dirt all over. Some of the electrical sockets/interrupters were not protected, therefore not suitable for the kinds, or for adults if you try to turn the light on during the night. Bed had the backside broken. A lot of nails in the wall. A particular smell is in the air (can't say what was it). TV had no remote control or antenna cable. It was placed there as furniture

Superb

The staff was very nice and gentle to help me out immediately to change my room when I complained pfthe noise. The new room was just perfect !

The structure is very old and sometimes I had the feeling things were falling apart. Any noise around is very loud.
