Clean, spacious and modern feel

First, the location. It wasn’t far from local amenities. Only 3 min away from the train station, local mall was about 5 min away and others attractions. The property was clean and spacious enough for our family. In addition, very modern features like the kitchen as well as the bathroom were nice and meet our needs. The property owner was very professional and was eager to help when necessary. This property is a definitely recommended.

Comfortable, peaceful stay, close to supermarket. A home from home

It's the second time we've stayed here so we must be happy with what is provided. We could live here as we would at home. Walking distance to railway station and town in a quiet location

The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Spacious and central ground floor apartment.

Very spacious, well equipped apartment. There were 2 comfortable double beds and even a pull out bed under one of them. Near the train station and within walking distance of the centre of town and plenty of restaurants. We were met at the door and given extra information on keys.

The floor was very nicely tiled throughout the apartment, with mosaics too, but it was cold underfoot. There were 2 small rugs in the bedroom so we moved them each time we sat.

Very nice and spacious apartment for family vacations. Friendly and helpful owners.

The apartment was in a quiet and safe area, nearby a supermarket. The landlord was very friendly and very helpful to solve any problem i had and suggest me places where i could go. The apartment had everything as a family wanted and it was very spacious and very hot for the winter.

A little bit difficult to park the car, but the landlord gave me solutions. I would prefer the kitchen to have an oven. Although the owners brought us clean sheets, those weren't ironed. Some minor cleaning details that the owners must pay attention.

The place had everything we needed, was in a quiet area of town just a block from a Lidl, walking distance from the bahnhof and just a few minutes walk to main shopping streets/bars. Plus, the place had lots of charm.

Bathrooms were very compact but there were 2 of them so that was a bonus.

Lack of cleaning utensils, broom dust pan etc. General Garbage disposal was rather inadequate whereas recycling garbage receptacles were good.. remote control batteries needed replacing.

Dirty beds!

Bedroom is in converted gararage.. There are big garage doors to the street(although locked) instead of one wall. Beds are very noisy. Each movement is loud... But, top it all off , the bedding was dirty. It was definitely not washed, because it smelled! 🤮 Sorry, but we wanted just CLEAN BED on our trip and when I arrive later night, I want to have at least clean beds. Throw them out to waste and purchase new bed on ikea. It is cheap. My wife working in appartement hotel so she exactly knows, how it should looks like! We don't need bar or big kitchen. My wife and daughter didn't slept at all during night Sleeping conditions was horrible. And there are used dirty slippers in room. I expect it has been used by sleeping waiters.

It will not make the rule stronger by multiplying the amount of emojis for No somking, one 🚭 is sufficient, this was in the message I recived for arrival instructions, made me feel unweclomed even though I am a non-smoker.

Clean house and surroundings. Basic necessities like towels, shower gel, hand wash, dish soap, salt, sugar, etc were available. Clean cutlery was also available.

The security pin shared by the owner of pin box where the room key was safely kept was wrong by 1 digit. We had to figure out the pin by ourselves. The pin box usage was new to us but eventually we figured it out. Steps to unlock pin box can be helpful for some people but it's not rocket science, people will be able to figure it out by themselves. Some kind of house works was going on in the upstairs. It was disturbing at times. Could have planned the property works when no guests are there.

Für Menschen, die gern seeehr weich liegen

Hübsch gestaltetes, kleines Erdgeschoss-Appartement in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Modernes Bad und grundlegend ausgestattete, saubere Küche. Bahnhof und Innenstadt ca. 15min zu Fuß entfernt, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.

Es war ziemlich hellhörig und das Bad war etwas eng. Abzug gibt's aber vor allem für das viel zu weiche Bett (und ohne vernünftige Rückenlehne), was bei uns in morgendlichen Rückenschmerzen resultierte.

Es war nicht alles optimal, aber zufriedenstellen.

Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer war geräumig, die Betten angenehm und warm. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Das Wohnzimmer ist ca. 25 bis 30 qm groß und wie eine Bar eingerichtet. Es hat einen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, eine Couch mit Couchtisch. Es gibt 2 kleine Bäder, die allerdings recht eng sind. In einem Bad befindet sich eine Dusche, im anderen nur ein kleines Waschbecken. In einem Bad war die Toilette undicht, so dass sie nicht benutzt werden konnte. Die 2 Bushaltestellen befinden sich ca. 250 m und 400 m entfernt, der Hauptbahnhof ca. 800 m.

In der Buchungsbestätigung war als Adresse 38 angegeben, der Eingang war aber Fabrikstraße 38 B, um die Ecke in der Quellenstraße. Die Sache ließ sich vor Ort telefonisch klären. Es kam dann auch eine Mitarbeiterin, die bei Fragen erreichbar war.

Die Toilette ist ausgelaufen, Schlafzimmer war eine umgebaute Garage, das Garagentor mit Gardinen verdeckt. Dementsprechend laut und kalt.

Lage im Außenbezirk, aber zentrumsnah, wie erwartet. Zimmer im von außen wenig ansprechendem Altbau im EG, rustikal und zweckmäßig. Für den Preis o.k., aber nicht mehr.

Heizung war trotz kühler Nachttemperatur ausgeschaltet. Dass der Vermieter im Haus selbst wohnt, erfuhren wir erst beim Auszug. Mini-Badzelle, für Beleibte oder Behinderte unmöglich.
