Etwas zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung

Wir hatten uns für eine Nacht in der Wohnung eingemietet, um das Spiel der DFB Damen zu besuchen. Das Appartement ist recht gut ausgestattet, man findet soweit alles, was man braucht, und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hilfreich.

Letztlich ist es das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das nicht wirklich überzeugt. Für den aufgerufenen Preis darf man mehr erwarten als eine nur solide Wohnung mit einer Wohnküche und einem Schlafzimmer, in dem zwar mit einer recht neuen Küche und ebensolchem Mobiliar auf den ersten Blick modernisiert wurde, insgesamt aber unverkennbar ist, dass das Haus (offene Leitungen der Heizkörper, alte Fliesen lediglich übermalt etc.) im Kern in den 80ern stehen geblieben ist. In aller Deutlichkeit: eine Unterkunft, die in Teilen durchaus hübsch ist, aber bei dem aufgerufenen Preis hinter den Erwartungen zurück bleibt.

Contact met de accomodatie was helemaal in orde, er wordt snel gereageerd op berichten. Wij konden makkelijk aan de sleutel komen, de uitleg hiervoor was goed.

De bovenburen waren een beetje luid, het is dus best gehorig. Hier en daar nog wat stoffig, op de plinten en op het hoofdbord van het bed. Sommige handdoeken mogen vervangen worden; op het eerste oog niet vies, maar met licht doorschijnen zie je wel wat vlekken.

Apartment gut ausgestattet, Parkplätze kostenlos vorhanden, fußläufig zur Innenstadt

Kopfkissen müssten erneuert werden, laut Beschreibung Gesellschaftsspiele vor Ort waren jedoch nicht auffindbar, sehr hellhörig und es sind in Summe 5 Apartments im Haus, sodass man alle Mieter mitbekommt

Ruhige Lage, mit guter Verkehrsverbindung. Apartment im Keller, wäre gut gewesen das vorher zu wissen, von daher eher dunkel, aber für eine Nacht ok. Ameisen im Bett, nicht schön... Das Preis-Leistungverhältnis lässt zu wünschen übrig.
